Compared to the Protea at Arcades in Lusaka the Chingola version is a real let down. Rooms are clean, but service is very slow from restuarant. Breakfast was good. Internet comes and goes. During my stay the bar had no packets of chips or even peunuts. Staff sometimes battle do understand simple requests.
