Found it very difficult to find a decent hotel to suit our arrangements when we visited this area. Azalees was easy to find a provided great parking facilities but think it could do with a little updating, our room was small and very clean but the bathroom was tiny and we suffered from a very noisy railway line behind the... In a side street near the station the room was subject to some noise from passing trains, but other than that was clean and on a par with other hotels of the same standard. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and it clearly did very brisk trade with a constant flow of diners. Reception and restaurant staff were... More

Rather nice location near the train station. Rooms were quite small but decent. Breakfast okey. Parking on the backyard that was good. The city itself is a bit boring and sleepy but nearby to vineyards.

This was an overnight on a trip south from Paris, and was picked with no prior knowledge of the town or the hotel. Perhaps that's the best way to approach it, I don't know. I found the hotel to be clean and about what you'd expect. Room was not too big, not too small, and the bathroom was clean. The... More

We stayed here en route to Spain: one double room and a single. The double room was larger than the single. Bathrooms have been redone recently with nice showers, although the rest of the bathroom is tight. I had read good things about the restaurant so was looking forward to breakfast. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Also about the unfriendliness... More

We stayed one night during our travels to south of France. Hotel room was very clean, shower too. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was very good, staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast was of good quality but there should be more choice of bread as well as stuff to put on your bread. But all by... More

Very small rooms and and even smaller bathroom. Air conditioning worked, but was very, noisy. Breakfast poor. Overall the hotel was clean and hospitable but I would not like to stay more than one night and overall was poor value.

We've stayed in Tournon a couple of times before on our way to the south of France. It's a convenient location between Lyon and Valence, and only a short drive from the autoroute. We haven't been too impressed with either of the places we have stayed before, although they were both good value and OK for one night. This time... More
