We stayed 3 nights and 4 days living with Ismail and all the bivouac's staff and I can really say we felt like a "part of the family" , they treated us like friends and we did a lot of amazing things. We visited the m'hamid's kasbah, bivac under the stars, played music all day long, we cooked with them, sang... More

They told us to leave our car in front of the office with the key, so they can park it elsewhere when necessary. Next day we found out that the car was actually used - it contained much less petrol and the km display also showed a siginificant difference. + Office easy to find in M' Hamid. Nice nomadic staff... This is something very special and completely out of what the mind can imagine .... In fact I find it almost disturbing to write a review on social medias. But I finally do it because it's a bread and butter for those holding it up. If it was up to me I would keep it a dear and very secret... More

This was definitely a highlight of my visit to Morocco! We stayed two nights and I would have liked to stay longer. Visiting the desert was truly life changing and it was the warmth and welcoming of Desert Bivouac that made this stay so special. We were welcomed like family. The food was amazing and the accommodations were lovely. We... More

I would highly recommend visiting the desert with this warm and welcoming crew! They took care of all of our needs and greatly exceeded our expectations. They took us on a great adventure to and from the desert and shared their vitality and spirit with us through dancing, conversations, and music. There's no better way to explore the desert than... I spent a night at the Bivouac, and eventually wished I could stay more time. The location is beautiful, and the place is incredibly confortable considering that it's in the middle of the dunes - you get clean bed sheets (really clean...), a beautiful place for night bonfires, and catering level as good as in any good restaurant. But the... More

So I wrote this review after much consideration. There were plenty of solid/good/great elements. There were also some not awesome elements, and I want to leave a critique that fairly depicts both the good and bad of the trip The Good: First of all, I can't say enough good about both our berber guide and the gentleman who greeted us.... The piece of desert you are going to visit with the amazing guys of Desert Bivouac is simply one of the most beautiful and quiet place on earth. The trip was perfectly organized from the beginning (by email and then on site), and despite we traveled during the Ramadan and in one of the hottest period of the year, it... More

I travelled a lot in my life, have seen a lot of beautiful places, but this bivouac and the desert are something very special. This scenery catches not just the eye, it even catches your soul. This is a fantastic place to be. The bivouac is very traditional and comfortable, the tour to Chegaga - especially by cameltrekking - the... More

We left M'Hamid 5 hours later than planned- we were forced to spend the afternoon and eat lunch at a dirty hotel when we were originally told we would be leaving at midday- we had to pay for drinks and for using their mouldy pool and facilities! When we finally left M'Hamid we were only allowed to stop for 3... More
