Bad Ischl is the perfect place to relax. It is a beautiful resort in the mountains, along a burbling brook and large parks for a stroll among the flowers, butterflies and trees. The Hubertushof Hotel complements this peaceful setting. Like all the other hotels in Bad Ischl it is relatively small and family-operated. Family members provide the exceptionally friendly and... Great location and excellent hotel. Old building but renovated rooms that have been done really well to a high quality standard. Lots of space and light. Loved the indoor pool and spas and saunas. Great breakfast as well.

We just checked out of this hotel after a 2 night stay and while the rooms were lovely, our experience was marred by the unfriendly and downright rude woman who checked us in and later served as our waitress pretty much every time we were in the hotel. She seems to be a fixture so beware- she even openly spoke... More

A good standard hotel with nicely furnished rooms in a typical Austrian style. Staff are friendly and helpful as are owners. Food in restaurant is a good selection and tasty with good value for money. Large selection of items at breakfast. A few mins walk to town centre. Get free entry to Kaiser’s palace gardens with guest card. Free parking.... More

A lovely, lovely hotel! The staff there is top notch, incredibly sweet, and very attentive! The rooms are very nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet is lovely...a traditional German hotel breakfast. Dinner was absolutely amazing, and the waitstaff was lovely! Although it is on a main road in Bad Ischl (very small though), it is extremely quiet, and I slept... More

We stayed three nights here, at the start of a week long hiking trip through the Salzkammergut area. We loved this family hotel with its old world decor and atmosphere, winding corridors, old paintings, comfortable and large rooms, and a warm, traditional style restaurant, with great food and equally good service. Bad Ischl is perfect for seeing the region's main... More

I stayed for 1 night in this centrally located hotel. Although it was raining outside, inside it felt very cozy. I had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant which, with its big chimney, looks like someone's living room. My room was quiet, decorated with typically Austrian furniture, and overlooking the pool. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection. The hotel... More

We stayed for 1 night in September. Bad Ischl is a great location from which to explore the Salzkammergut Lake region and Hallstatt. The hotel which is in the center of town, provides rooms which are spacious and clean and a restaurant with good dinners and breakfasts. However, we must say that we were disappointed with the attitude of the... More

I cannot praise this hotel more highly. After the previous hotel I used to stay at in Bad Ischl went bankrupt I was personally recommended this hotel and have always felt comfortable whether in Summer or at Christmas. This hotel is part of the town and landscape and belongs to the holiday. The family is a joy to know, the... More

A good place to stay in the centre of town, good evening meal and breakfast. Clean rooms.... not a lot more to say except I would stay there again very happily. Bad Ischl is a lovely town.... pity it was raining . I can also say the Tourist office were great in helping with our plans.
