We stayed there for 4 nights while visiting Disneyland with our 5 years old daughter and I don't think we will ever return to the hotel. Despite its good location for Disneyland and the free shuttle bus for the parks the place looks like it could do with a bit of renovation and facilities upgrade to really achieve the 4... More

We stayed here as part of our Paros honeymoon. The hotel were aware of the purpose of our stay, yet when we checked in (20 minute wait, EVERY TIME you need to see reception) we were told our room was flooded and we would have to move to a neighbouring hotel although EVERYONE else around us checked in?! We then... More

We stayed here over Easter 2015. Me, wife and 2 kids ( aged 3 & 6 ). 2 night stay. The hotel is perfectly located for Disney and the bus shuttle takes you from the door to the Disney Village gates for free every 20 minutes. Everything is clean and well presented. Bunk beds for the kids are great. No... More

We have just checked in today. Have not checked out yet. But: * To get a family room with only two towels * To have a bathroom where the tiles are so lose that almost trip over them * To pay 90+ euro's for a buffet dinner, where the hit potatoes are cold, where drinks (and not the right ones)... Have wanted to try this hotel for a while and had seen its mixed reviews on Tripadvisor. I wanted it to be great and it could be but service problems for our one night stay. First the positives - it is a lovely building, very spacious and close to Disney. The shuttle bus is very good - regular, speedy with... More

This hotel is ideal for access to Disneyland and is focused towards children. Large car park if you are driving and a shuttle service to the park and back but beware of the busy times are its a bit of a scrum. Rooms are clean and well set out with bunk beds for the kids, they supplied a cot for... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the atmosphere in the hotel was magical. The service of food was poor in both bar and restaurant, however the standard of the food was extremely high. Plenty of choices at breakfast, did not eat in hotel for evening meals. The burgers in the hotel bar... More

Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They've helped in every possible way they can to assist us even in the slightest concerns we had. We ordered room service twice during our stay and it was prompt if not early. We were provided plenty of clean towels each day and breakfast was abundant! The hotel is beautiful inside and out with... More

Had 2 nights here over Easter with young kids. Hotel looked lovely but I am really disappointed. Rooms were basic - tiny bathroom, bunk bed was totally inappropriate (too high for my oldest child, nearly 6y/o), 1 towel and 3 pillows in room for 4 of us, long queues at check in, had to ask 3 times for towels and...
