Stayed here in December last year. Can't really fault the hotel it was clean and had everything you need. We also stayed here about 4 years ago and again it did not disappoint. If we went to Disneyland again would defiantly stay here again

The hotel was clean, and staff were polite. My boyfriend had lost his suitcase (a tourist staying in another hotel accidentally picked his up during drop offs) and the staff here were very efficient and speedy in getting it back. Hi, I stayed here recently as part of a group travel booking. The breakfast wasn't bad and the hotel was close to Disney. The shuttle buses were quite regular. Majority of reception staff very helpful but one male kept giving me incorrect info and one lady was downright rude and most unhelpful.
