The place was great. Special Magic location, staff extremely well trained and friendly. The swimming pool was ice cold and no heating system during the winter season and they did not warn us about this which was a great disappointment. On the other hand very good food and quality of dinning, amazing virgin beach, magical retirement and a great place... More

We adored relaxing at Xixim, it is peacefully secluded from any outside influences - just a totally natural environment with lots of space to enjoy within the hotel's Eco resort. We loved the Master suite which we found to be worth the extra cost. The suite was so gorgeous we didn't want to move from the wonderful terrace with views... More

You want to get away from everything, that's the place to go. Quiet, the ocean only for you and nice and respectful environment. You need a car and it's at the end of 10km unpaved road from Celestun village. Highly recommanded for couple.

Beautiful hotel in Celestun! The rooms are really nice and comfortable, the beach is really gorgeous, people and service is really good. We loved to have gym, bicycles and kayas so we have so much fun knowing the jungle and it's birds, as well as we enjoy a lot a tour to visit the Cenotes and an Island not so... More

Me and my husband spent the night of New Years Eve at Xixim Hotel in Celestun and loved it. After passing the village of Celestun you enter a wonderful sand road that crosses a lagoon and brings to Xixim, flamingos and pelicans are everywhere and the site is simply amazing. The first impression at Xixim is not really the right... More

Perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This eco chic hotel is a great choice to visit the birds reserve or just to turn off the stress switch. The jr. suite has a spectacular terrace from where you can chill and see the turquoise waters of the mexican golf. The service was excellent,... More

The whole atmosphere was very laid back. The bungalow was perfect, great view and the coffee delivered each morning was a nice touch. The hotel area and beach was very natural and pretty secluded. We took a long walk on the beach and did not pass any other people - a dog did follow us for awhile. Although it said... More

Superb location in an area of excellent biodiversity and a haven for birders like me whose partner likes to sunbathe instead. A strange arrival though as we were met by a boy with no English or welcome drink. It rained that night and due to holes in the thatch we got wet feet and I had to remove 2 large... More

As their add says " XIXIM is much more than a hotel." It is a Eco friendly haven from reality on 32 acres of undisturbed coastal vegetation with beautiful white sand beaches, tastefully decorated bungalow style rooms, and a restaurant that offers endless gastronomical surprises. How decadent is it to have a shower in an open glassed shower room with... More

A very relaxing place with friendly staff, and great food at the hotel restaurant. We spent 3 days there just relaxing, enjoying the beach and the hotel pool. Clean, low key, tasteful, and eco-sensitive. The place has wifi in the public areas, but the feel is one that encourages you to disconnect and appreciate nature.
