This hotel's location is great for experiencing old Macau. The room was pleasant and bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was nice and had many choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were on level 8 and smoke-free. We would definitely choose to stay at the Sofitel Macau again.

No needed to wait too much time for checking in or checking out. Room was very cleaned and tidy. Room service was excellent, very helpful and efficient. I'll continue to stay at Ponte 16 in the near future.
