As we got a very valuable package with tickets from HK, we chose Crown. The location of Crown is not near old urban district nor new developed area, but this resulted a peaceful environment around. The room is large and well equited. It is one of the most fancy one that i have even stayed. Big bath tub and rain... more

There are many hotels with plenty of rooms since the casino business opened up in 2003 in Macau. This self-declared 6 stars hotel charged more than other casino resorts but located in a remoted area. The rooms are just ordinary for a luxury hotel. All in all, poor value for money. more

I have been staying with those very famous 5 stars hotels in macau..This is absolutely the best one that I have ever stay with. I didn't like their location a lot...but other than that...everything was almost perfect. I love their room the best..nice suite.. very cozy, so homelike they offered free high speed internet access..free softdrinks. newspaper service, fruit plate.i-pod... more

Hello, Lived here for two nights in the permier suite..expensive... around $4500 to 6000 Hong Kong Dollars a night.. In a way was forced here.. wanted to stay at the Wynn.. in the one bedroom suite which is amazing cause it only cost $3400 Hong Kong dollars a night and it was 2400square foot and this permier suite was only... more

We stayed two nights at the Crown this week, and I can say the service hasn't improved at all from earlier reviewer's experiences. 1/. Housekeeping didn't empty any of the rooms bins, or take used room service plates away, or wash teacups and champagne glasses for the three days we were there! (March 26th to 29th). On the first day... more

The firs time we stayed there in July07 for Manchester United Soccer show, we were totally unsatisifed because: 1. The TV system is very high tech but always failed. 2. The staff was unknowledgeable about the hotel itself, e.g. the opening hours of the restaurants, and the service was weak in a sense that they wouldn't try to fix your... more

In november 2007 I spent 2 nights at The Crown Macau. I must say it was a very pleasant experience. In the other reviews it was mentioned dat this hotel does not deserve a five star rating. (or a six star experience) Although I agree, ik think that the Crown is one of the best hotels in Macau. Food and... more

My husband and I stayed at the Crown Macau for a long weekend. We knew from the reviews not to expect the "6 star" service the Crown claims they have. We stayed at the Wynn the first week they were open and experienced weak service so we were prepared for the worst. 1. Check-in - Check in time is 3pm.... more

This was my second trip to Macau for business purposes, and the Crown is definitely the most luxurious hotel in Macau (I've also stayed at the Wynn, Venetian, and Westin in Macau). The spa is gorgeous, restuarants great - although pricey. Much more of a boutique feel than staying at the other casino properties. The only negative is that its... more

If you are looking for a luxury hotel in Macau away from the hustle and bustle of casinos, then Crown is one of them. We stayed here on a Saturday night and although generally it was a good hotel, no way is it near the 6 stars that it claims itself to be. Why? 1. The complimentary shuttle bus that... more
