Its a good Hotel with poor management & service. The reception staff was rude & arrogant towards Indians & polite & humble towards white people. And the worst thing is that restaurant people doesn't even know basic English. I asked for milk & got yogurt! Don't know how they are managing international tourists. The room was good, the sleep quality... More

2015/01/06: Check-in... get to room... freezing...check A/C...only vent... back to lobby... - "The air-conditioning in my room is not working. Could you see to it or assign me another room?" - "You use extra blanket?" The room temperature was around 15ºC. Turned out that "no-heating" was hotel policy.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Though a guy at the reception lobby wasn't that accommodating and rude. I just forgot to get his name, lucky him. Food is great and the room is okay. Rooms are big enough for couples and family

Never again! It is unfriendly, uncomfortable, unpractical. Beds hard as stone, no heating, no bar (closed lounge) no food except a low quality breakfast for which you have to buy a coupon first at the 21st level reception. Staff at reception are totally ignorant and arrogant. Even the casino totally lacks class. By Macau standards it even lacks kitsch! No... More

Generally good with courteous Filipino concierge. Food is also nice , BUT the beds are hard and the room has no heater. I have only 2 hrs of sleep. Find some other hotels. Proximity to restaurants is a plus factor. Turn left then right for original spicy food and try to find best crabs nearby.

Stayed for 2 nights in December 2014. Reasonably close to airport and within 20 minutes walking distance of Venetian, City of Dreams and Galaxy (or quick taxi ride). Reception is on 21st floor with ground level casino. Room was nice and clean albeit with no particular frills. Bed was comfortable and was of good standard. Service from all staff was... More

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. After arriving at the Macau Ferry Pier we were told that a shuttle would be there to pick us up, but only after multiple calls to the hotel a shuttle bus was sent, after 1 hour. The shuttle service should be regular and be made more frequent. The reception is on the... More

Staying in Macau has many an option. Venetian,Galaxy, etc and many other hotels. But if you are looking for a decently priced hotel with good atmosphere, then this is a nice option. The hotel is situated very close to the Venetian and Galaxy. There is 7-11 closeby for buying water and other stuff. Bus stop is very close by. 5-10 mins maximum... More
