Great location , near to Macau Ferry terminal. Could not locate the Shuttle bus at the Ferry terminal and not specified by Hotel as well, expected that courtesy. Well cleaned rooms , bath tub needs a careful planning as water spills on the floor. Reception Staff lacked courtesy and at times were rude.

This is an old run down hotel with absolutely disastrous customer service. The location is next to the ferry station and is walking distance to Golden Lotus Square, MGM and Wynn. But far away from Taipa and amazing casinos in Cotai Strip. Disastrous service quality as the staff barely understands english, bad service standards, dirty rooms, casino is a strict... More

For the same price that I book a tiny room in a 4* hotel in Hong Kong I got this huge room in the floor 17 of this superb hotel in Macau with amazing views to the city and the ocean. Food was great and the personnel was helpful. I was able to book a personalised tour of the city... More

Stay 1 night in this hotel, I surprised the bed is so hard. I think this hotel has a complete entertainment for guy, I would not recommend this hotel for family. There's free Wi-Fi in every room. Breakfast is so so, nothing special, they did not even have egg corner.

Pros: - Looks clean - Decent size room - So-so English with front desk staff Cons: - Stale cigarette smelling room - No hair dryer - Thin walls where I had to hear the guy next room snoring all night - TV Remote didn't work - Eastern style hard hard bed. I'm sure it's plywood with a thin blanket on... More
