First of all, the hotel is apparently quite some way from a bus stop into the city centre (I had to walk at least 10 minutes to the racecourse bus stops)...However, there is a shuttle bus service from the hotel, if you don't want to join the locals in a scramble for public transport seats...Staff wise...hmm, they are efficient, but... more
