Stayed at this hotel, found it on an internet site, its atmosphere is cold, like one of the older hotels in any City No restaurant available when we stayed so we slept in the room and did everything away from the hotel We had travelled from HK jut for short break. Macao is interesting, the hotel is not. The room... more

Hubby and I had to wait so long at the terminal for their shuttle which I suspect consist of only one bus doing turnarounds. When the bus finally came, we almost missed it but for the workers who were there directing traffic, who took pity on us as we risked out lives stepping onto the road to check for the... more

If you are going to the Casinos, this hotel is within walking distance to all casinos from the biggest Wynn & MGM to some small stand alone casino. It is not situted near to any shopping complexs or the whaft (for ferry to Hong Kong). Not much of food choices surrounding the hotel. Save the casinos, no much night life.... more

I have just returned from Macau this morning staying at the Emperor Hotel at the most accessible location. It is within walking distance to some of the premier attractions such as the popular Senado Square, Ruins of St Paul's and the magnificent St Dominic 's Church. It is also situated very close to the many landmark casinos such as Lisboa,... more

My family of 7 (4A 3C) checked into this newly renovated hotel on 25Dec this year & stayed for 4 nights. As this is the peak season, I've left with not much choice for the selection as we want it cheap & good! As Hotel Sintra (cheapest) was fully booked, we decided on Emperor (next cheapest) after realised is a... more

We stayed in the newly renovated executive rooms, but unfortunately, the toilet was out of order and overflowed upon flushing. We were ungraciously being informed by housekeeping that all guests are not allowed to flush toilet paper, but to discard used toilet paper into a bin! We found the standard of service and facilities to be unacceptable for premium room... more

My family stayed there for 3 nights, we got 5 double rooms and enjoyed our stay there. Great location, near wynn casino and starworld casino, rio casino. 5 min walk to lisboa casino, grand lisboa casino and MGM casino. 15 to 20 min walk to fisherman's wharf. We enjoyed eating at the restaurants near the hotel, great food and reasonable... more

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 4 days/3 nights and we found it quite satisfactory. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfasts were good and the service above average. We would definitely stay there again. Also we found the location to be excellent with many of the better casinos and shops within a... more
