If you are not familiar with the Historical Senado Square of downtown Macau, you will have difficulty locating it although it is really very centrally located and extremely accessible to all part of Macau. It is a 2-minute walk to the Tourist Office at Senado Square/Avenida de Almeida Riberio. The hotel staff is very helpful and speak good English. The... More

Checked in 26th Apr. Stayed for 3 nights. Superb location. Fairly priced for a city like Macau. Large clean room. Helpful recep except for a rude middle age recep during check out. LOL. Walking distances to most recommended places of attraction and for foodies,.... portugese egg tarts at Margeret"s as well as Chan Kong Kei duck/goose rice, all the Kei's... More

We ended up staying at this small hotel because we needed a crash pad for a two night trip to Macau to see a concert and wanted something convenient and well, cheap. The rooms were clean and the location is awesome to see the main pedestrian mall and the museums and historical stuff. Front desk staff definitely not paid enough... More

Pros: *Big twin room, spacious closet, soft pillows, clean sheets, toilet is clean, the hair dryer is not attached to the wall, wifi is very stable, air con is perfect, very near Senado Square and a couple other attractions, close to outlet stores like Esprit. Cons: *Bed is hard, staff speak minimal English.

We were a little nervous going to Macau for 2 days because we are on a backpacker budget, and everything we had read about Macau said that it was geared towards money spending gambling tourists. We were lucky enough to find Towns Well Hotel, which is located right by the shopping area by the Esprit Outlet. The price was as... More

After a 1,5 hours ferry-ride from Hong Kong I arrived a couple of hours to early for my check in.. Macau is - in contrast to Hong Kong - a very clean and modern city.. Fantastic buildings and a huge casino on every corner.. Shopping for the rich people if you need gold, jewellery, watches etc... Well, Towns Well (I... More

stayed in this hotel with my wife for a short holiday in january. The weather is a bit cold as early of the year. Very unfortunately, the water heater shower installed in the room is extremely "user unfriendly" , we need to preheat the water heater for at least 5 minutes before use, and the hot water is really limited... During the time we went, the receptionist doesn't speak English that much. Beds are hard but comfortable enough. It comes with only one pillow too. You could also hear the noise along the halls easily so best to use earplugs when sleeping. The hotel has a superb locations since it is close to almost all of Macau's historic UNESCO sites,... Considering the price, Towns Well Hotel is the cheapest by far you can go to with very decent and clean rooms. Rooms are bigger than expected though bed isn't as soft and comfy as expected. We stayed at this hotel overnight so I have not much to say aside from the room itself. The front desk officer doesn't speak much... More

We stayed in the triple room (room 501). Room was large and single beds were also very big. Room was clean, although furniture was old, but it didn't bother us. The night curtains very effectively blocked out light for a good night's sleep. It was also very near to the historic centre of Macau. The hotel is on an alley... More
