Long time no stay at Macau peninsula, usually stay at Taipa....Great discover! quiet hotel but easy access to down town. Many resurants can be found near the hotel. Long history hotel, but the room still well-decorate, clean, tidy and comfortable. It's more conveniece than the hotel located at Taipa....If you want to feel the more Macau's special culture, choose Royal... More

I only stayed here on a brief visit having booked a room via Booking.com. The location is excellent as it is a short walk to the historical world heritage sites in the old centre like Senado square, Ruins of St Paul's Cathedral. There are some restaurants and shops in streets around, and it's not far from Grand Lisboa Casino and... More

I returned to Macau October 30, 2014 and again stayed at this hotel for 15 days. Call me sentimental but the service as usual was second to none. I was given an upgrade to high floor and a very inviting view, the room was 5 stars as usual. The front desk staff at hotel was exactly as I remembered from... More

if you are looking for a gambleing business this might not be your prefered place even I think they have a casino inhouse. The 5 stars have faded (maybe 3,5* now), nothing spectacular in design or decor, just a hotel to sleep. Receptionist was a bit rude only interested in my creditcard not even welcoming us in the hotel. The... More

Booked this hotel online and it is a decent five star and probably cost effective as well in Macau. Food in the hotel is mediocre but expensive with limited vegetarian options. We had asked for an early check in but were not accomodated. The location is very close to Guia Hill and is a walk away from Senado Square. However... More

It was a great stay in Royal Hotel. The staff is nice. The room is clean and big and completed with all needs - included a weighting scale for my wife to monitor her weight everyday. Although it is not near to where those casino allocated, but there is shuttle bus that will drop you to places near by. The... More

It is a good hotel with comfortable stay. Temperature controlled swimming pool and sauna add to the comfort. No steam bath for gents :-( Their shuttle service is also helpful. Will appreciate if their food menu had more vegetarian options

Booked it thru Agoda without breakfast so we could enjoy breakfast from the many eateries nearby. Love its many TV channels that we can watch in the room if we are not out for sight seeing. Many sightseeing spots within walking distance but be prepared to walk up & down the hill. Bus stop is just down the hill, if... More

I stayed on the top floor, which they call the deluxe executive rooms. The room was very nice, the wifi worked well, and everything was really clean. The staff, in my experience, was very nice but unusually slow. Check in, although I was number four on line, took almost 45 minutes to get into my room. There are lots of... More
