I booked through an on-line web site and got a good price for a two night, mid-week, stay. Arriving at the ferry port, the shuttle bus to the hotel was quick and simple. Hotel has a large, modern, reception area and I was very pleased with the large size of the bedroom. Everything very clean and in good condition, with... More

We love the hotel because it was far away from the casinos which means less chaos. We enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean and spacious. The service was alright too. The cab we booked at the hotel happened to not turn up at the stipulated time but the manager managed to get us another cab and we're on... More

Stayed one night for a short trip before heading to Hong Kong. Booked a twin bed standard room via Booking.com at a very low price. Location-The hotel is not very near to city center but the hotel operate a shuttle service from Ferry terminal>Royal Hotel>Lisboa,Wynn,MGM. Getting around in the city is not a problem and Macau is very small island.... More

I stayed here with my partner toward the end of last year after traveling in Hong Kong. Macau is very enjoyable but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, we both found the bed very hard and uncomfortable. The room was very basic and wasn't 100% clean. There was nothing terrible, I just think we could have stayed somewhere better... More

The hotel is not very central but still near tourist spots like Guia fortress, Lou Lim Ioc Garden and Sun Yat Sen Memorial. For those able, it's around 5 min walk to Grand Lisboa, 15 min to Senado and Ruins of St. Paul. They offer free shuttle that stops at Grand Lisboa, Fisherman's Wharf to the Macau Ferrry Terminal every... More

A 5-stars hotel with pleasant staffs that were able to communicate in English. Was there to take a look at what Macau looked like. Overall, the hotel has provided me an excellent sleeping experience. Pros: -They upgraded our room from Superior Room (Queen's size bed) to a Deluxe Room (King's size bed) for FREE! -Provided all the basic needs such... More

We had planned to stay in Macau two days and visit the historic centre as well as Venetian and Galaxy. The hotel staff was very helpful. They gave us the map and guided very well. We are thankful to hotel staff specially Mr. Melvin. The historic centre of Macau is just 15 mins walk from this hotel. The Guia fort... More

Stayed here for 2 nights that was part work part holiday. As a leisure hotel this is great - for business not so good with a poor business centre - but how many people come here for work! It looks like the hotel has been recently renovated, with nice rooms and quality fittings. Bizarrely the towels etc are all clearly... More

I planned to come to Macau in very tight schedule after business trip at Hong Kong, I surveyed all of the hotels' ranking on trip advisor and found the bargain price of Royal Hotel Macau, it's the 1st time I booked hotel via trip advisor, I'm a little bit worried about the room condition of the cheap price... Finally, I... More
