Location is good. Just a few minutes away from Senado Square. Hotel is easier to find and known by most taxi drivers. They do have free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal. The family room that we had was big and comfortable.

A fair priced hotel with really good service. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Front desk people are English conversant so you won't have a hard time communicating with them. Only setback is their wifi.. It's pretty slow. Other than that. We were happy with our stay there. :)

Metropole Hotel was my treat to myself in the midst of dorms and hostels and so I loved the hot showers and comfy beds and temperature controlled rooms! The wifi sucks! Big time! I really wanted to make some Skype calls so I was sorely disappointed. My view wasn't great. The staff aren't falling over themselves to help you and... More

Rooms cosy, hi-tech and equipped with state of the art gadgets. Toilet Flush is easy with jet flow. To get such hotel room at affordable cost in main market area in the hottest tourist spot of ASia is a boon.

The location of the Metropole Hotel is great being only a few minutes walk from Senado Square with its gloriously colourful architecture. That is the best thing about this hotel. The ambiance is dingy, and the smell of damp (plumbing?) in the rooms and public areas outside of the Reception area was disturbing. It was impossible to open the windows... More

We recently stayed at the Metropole Hotel and fund this to be a good option for those seeking functional, affordable accommodations located near to the Historic City Centre of Macau. Our reservation was made with Booking.com at a reasonable rate just a week prior to our stay. Early check-in isn't possible but they have luggage storage if you want to... More

Had booked this hotel on a last minute as choice was limited. Checking in was norm and was told that i had a free upgrade from them. Front office staff was great and eager to assist. Upon enter the room i can feel the lighting is dim and kind of small to my liking. After settle down in the room... More

This hotel was chosen purely based on its location because we didn't want to spent all our time in the casino areas. We really loved the location and it's just a short stroll away from Senado Square. We also liked that there is no on site casino, so the hotel feels more cosy and it's also smaller boutique style. Although... More

The location of this hotel is perfect as it is just about five minutes walk to Senado Square. It's newly refurbished so it's quite clean. The linens are clean and very white while the beds are firm and comfortable. The room has many amenities, too, but it is quite tiny. If you have several large suitcases with you, this hotel... More

+ Spacious room and very clean rooms/bathroom + Free wi-fi + Central location (Five minutes walk from Senado Square and Casino Lisboa) + Half the price than the more expensive hotels closeby + The staff speak english well I couldn't find any cons during the one night I stayed here. Recommended.
