Hotel Riviera is located in quiet area with walking distance to the old city center and Macao Tower. The room was on the 1st floor. Got our own garden which was nice. Room's decoration was red and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great with so many different option. I really liked this hotel. This hotel was cheaper than others... More

We stayed here for 1 night as a one day trip from Hong Kong. Location is good for the price we paid as it is not far city centre and some of the non-main steam casinos. Great view from our room as it overlooks to Macau tower and Taipa in the background. Room furnishing is exotic chinese bot overlooked by... More

In Macau for sightseeing, we chose this hotel for the location and eventually it proved a good choice. On the quite and scenic Colina da Penha, at a 15-minute pleasant walk to the city center, the hotel is far enough (to the center) to be quite and close enough to be convenient. Decoration in traditional Chinese style will not please... More

As always, location comes first. The Riviera Hotel is near the Sai Van lake, a bit on the hillside. Whilst some like its rather removed location, I find it inconvenient. Had it been a good relaxing resort-type hotel, the seclusion might work - but not for a utilitarian hotel. The lobby of the hotel screams mainland Chinese, with gold here... More

Service: Fair, they held the deposit on my credit card and it was there for another 2 weeks. When I called to ask them to lift it they were very ignorant and just said no we didn't charge. Location: Fairly impossible to catch the bus at the ferry pier. It flashed by and there was no stand or a timetable... More

A good clean hotel with efficient service located just far enough outside the centre to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. Breakfast had a good choice and room was comfortable. Only slight downside is the hotel is on a hill so that may be a problem for some though taxis are cheap. Book a room with a view... More

we spent only one night here but we're very happy with the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was large, clean and the bathroom a nice size. There is free internet available throughout the hotel, and a shuttle that does a round trip to various hotels and the Macau ferry terminal. Located on a hill the views... More

My entire family spent 4 days in Macau by staying at this hotel and I have to say it is so convenient and relaxing. It is situated with a view of the Macau tower and the Taipa bridge where shuttle bus is provided to get to the landmarks of Macau and the ferry terminal. It is ideal for the family... More

Very clean and comfortable... 100% recommended. The food restaurants was good... I really enjoy my staying. If you are tired this is a good place to stay and rest. The hotel has a bus service and they pick you up from the hotel and take you at the airport for free... very helpful.
