Our family of four (two adults, one 5-year-old and a 6-month-old baby) stayed at the Lisboa for one night, and had a fabulous experience. I booked a Royal Tower room, but when we checked in, we were given a complimentary upgrade by the manager to the Royal Suite, which was perfect for our family. Everyone from the front desk to... Take my word, don't stay here if you are going to Macau. The hotel is old, extremely old! The beds are old and they smell (you know, the old mattress smell). The bathroom is okay, but the shower caps are so old you wont feel like taking a shower. You are much better off staying in the newer hotels.

I booked this hotel on a promo rate and didn't expect that this is a fantastic hotel. Location is in the center of Macau, walking distance to Senado square and bus stations. Rooms are fancy, everything is provided including free drinks like soda, juice and mineral water. Service is excellent, it's easy to request for a bottle of water. I'll... More

Stanley Ho must have had the original conception of this hotel half a century ago: the initial twelve story hotel and adjacent three-story casino was completed in 1970. In the early 90s another wing was added. I got the newer wing, so my remarks about the room may not reflect the older part of the hotel, and certainly do not... More

This is a very "old" hotel, I guess at least 20 years. I was afraid it will be old fashion and with bad smell. However, I was wrong! The decoration at the hotel room is ok, except the sound preventing part is weak. They even use Hermes shower gel at bathroom. The only problem is they do not get shuttle... More

It wasn't the best hotel I had ever stayed. There are some hiccups along the way with the transportation and services at the front desk but their recovery service had impressed me. Their transportation manager and front office manager met us and apologise and offered alternatives service. It was an unexpected gesture and an excellent way to recover your initial... More

The Hotel Lisboa is one of the most famous hotels in Macau. Known for its distinctive architectural design showcasing a lavish blend of Portuguese and Chinese décor with dazzling chandeliers and glittering mosaics, the hotel is an icon set within the heart of Macau. Located in the Central Business District, near Macau International Airport and Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Already knew its one of the oldest hotel in Macau. Booked for a non smoking room (only 1 level in this hotel). Room rate is reasonable. The beverages in the refrigerator are all FOC. Free beer, juices, coke, water. So far this is the only hotel I stayed got such deal. Also got free... More

We stayed a night at the Lisboa Hotel during a brief visit to Macau recently. What immediately struck us, in addition to the ladies roaming the hotel as mentioned by others, was the size of the place. It took us something like 10 minutes just to find the lobby as we entered through a side entrance. When we finally found... More
