One of the best things about this hotel is its central location. It is easy to walk to many sites. The place is a bit dated, but the beds were comfortable and bathrooms came with a a fancy bathtub with lots of jets. The staff was very helpful and kind, they also spoke English fairly well, which is not always... More

This is the original Macau casino hotel and it's of a totally different vintage and style to the new ones now springing up in Cotai. That means it certainly has character - though in its own slightly tacky way. On the plus side: It's a fantastic location in the heart of Macau. You can walk to the old Portuguese colonial... More

Stayed for two nights in a king room. Room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Macau tower. Location is excellent as it walking distance to major tourist attractions. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants around the area to choose from. The service from the front desk was very good. Would recommend!!

I been there twice. Last time in March. Great location in the heart of Macau and walking distance to all interesting parts, Other big Casinos (Wynn, MGM, Grand Lisboa, etc..), shopping centers, tourist attractions, Cathedral, and night clubs. Also close to free shuttle to Venetian, should you decide to visit it (it is a must, no matter if for casino,... More

Hotels in Macau are generally expensive and hotel Lisboa was not an exception.. The hotel is opposite the grand lisboa and is well located.. Rooms were big and clean.. Our package didn't have breakfast included, so we ordered in.. It was expensive.. Unlike other hotels, you had to play in the casino to use their free shuttle more than once..... More

Take note - this is not the 'Grand' Lisboa, just the Lisboa, which is one of the oldest casinos / hotels in Macau. Hotel noticeably dated, free shuttle bus from ferry port was very handy. The hotel is hard to navigate around and felt like we were in the crystal maze at some points. Rooms very spacious and clean and... More

I accidentally booked this hotel thinking that I was booking a room at "THE GRAND LISBOA." These are two very different hotels, although they are right next to each other--you can tell that "The Lisboa" aesthetically does not measure up to "The Grand Lisboa." When we first arrived, I automatically wanted to give it the poorest of ratings--but after realizing... More

The Hotel Lisboa is gaudy, tacky and vulgar, but if you are staying in Macau this is exactly what you should be seeking or the city is not for you. Macau is the sleaziest city on the continent and the Hotel Lisboa is its beating heart, where the gambling boom first exploded under state-sanctioned colonial monopoly and the watchful eye... More
