I booked this looking at great reviews. But I was surprised to see that I'd bad experience during my stay. Room corridors had bad smell. Room was very dark. Bed was terrible. Breakfast was good. Great location. I recommend to prefer other great hotels which are very near to this hotel.

We stayed for 1 night, 3 persons in 1 room, it was nice, not that clean to me but can do the trick. The breakfast in the morning was poor, mostly chinese, few types of bread, butter and jam, no cheese or something western. I had better breakfasts in hostels. But we were in Macau, so it's normal.

Stayed in Beverly Plaza for 1 night during a short trip to Macau. We specifically booked a non-smoking suite, but got one on the smoking floor that smelled absolutely terrible (especially to a cigarette hater like me). The hotel refused to change our room, and it was a restless night for all of us due to the smell. The room... More

Centrally located. Situated close to the Lisboa, Wynn, MGM. Has plenty of restaurants & convenience stores (including a 7/11) close by. The hotel itself is nothing great, but given the location, it's a decent bet in a reasonable price range

This time with my family in Macau I was worried as the hotels either were not available or on a very higher side so my first night was spent at Sheraton for two other nights we checked in hotel Beverly plaza on a main market road.the hotel was decent enough for a family stay.rooms are simply done up.beds are twin... I recently booked 2 rooms for 4 people for 5 nights, and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel was situated right in the middle of down town Macau, and the views were amazing, - you can literally see everything Macau has to offer from your room. The front desk was polite and efficient and I was able to... More

There is a shared shuttle bus from the ferry terminal, but there was no staff present nor signs indicating the pick-up location. We stuck around trying to find out which bus to take and finally gave up, opting for one of the van drivers who offered to take us all to the hotel (7 of us) for HKD150. The size... More

My buddy booked this hotel about a month before we stayed there for one night in Macau thru Agoda. I seriously think that either this hotel has a great relationship with Agoda, or the hotel is hiring people to write great comments about their hotel. We paid roughly 180 USD for one night basic room double on a Saturday night,... More

We got off to a really bad start with this hotel. We arrived at the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal from Hong Kong during a wild rainstorm, with the promise that the hotel shuttle picked up every 15 minutes from this location. A very wet hour and a phone call to the hotel later, no shuttle had turned up; so... More

The location of this hotel is good as its within walking distance to Lisboa Casino and 5 minutes walk to the old Portuguese town of Macau. The price was very expensive for what we were offered a room no wifi and the mattress terrible. The bathroom smelled and the room even though we asked for a non smoking room smelled... More
