Hotel is generally acceptable for an accommodation however, the limited free wifi to hotel guests is something the management should be more generous about. Imagine having free wireless wifi only in the lobby but not even in the restaurant where you have your breakfast buffet unless you pay for it??? Does the hotel has to be so stingy regarding such... This is my first visit to Macau, I booked this hotel because 'the other one nearby' was fully booked. It happened to be a busy weekend in Macau (I guess due to the big boxing match!) and most hotels are full or extremely expensive. Nonetheless, I think we overpaid for the room (w/o bf). Nothing to shout about, the room... More

I'm here for 6 days now, leaving in 2 and for the first time I don't feel like I have to check-out for writing a review. ThIs a typical 4 star, fair rooms, good bed and a window from the bath to the beds... Well, this could please some guests, I imagine . Is located at Taipa near a good... More

I booked this hotel because of the proximity to the airport, I had read previous reviews and I had viewed them favourably, however I was concerned that wifi was only available in the hotel lobby and was not available in the hotel rooms, I had of course read that wifi was to be introduced to the rooms. So it was... More

This hotel is okay, price is good for a 4-star. The room was great, complete with amenities, except that there was no internet. It is a good hotel for relaxation. The bathroom has a glass wall which gives an inside view, so I'd say this is best for couples, might be awkward for friends/family members staying together.

Spent a night here while visiting to see the Dancing House on water. Staff were helpful and the room was very nice for a 4 star. Comfortable bed, nice toiletries, clean and pretty quiet. Shuttle bus to & from main ferry terminal - not the Taipa one though - this would have been handy as we cam this way. We... More

Our family of four stayed in two twin rooms early August in 2014. The rooms were spacious enough for hotels of its price range, and satisfactorily clean. The bathroom was not very large but comfortable enough in size. Most importantly, the bathroom was regularly and properly cleaned. Just a few minor complaints: TV channels in English were very few. There's... More

Not bad, but beware that you will need to pay $100 a day for Wifi in your room, and each bottle of water sitting on your desk is charged later at $12 each. There is Wifi in the lobby, but it's slow, the lobby is tiny and very crowded so usually no seats are available (imagine 60 school kids with... More

Macau is less than perfect. I have been to many countries with impoverished population. They kept the hotel clean, service was very good. I felt that they tried their best with English but to me it is frequently uptight Americans that expect all countries to speak OUR language. I thought it was enough have my needs met and bring any...
