Our family of four stayed in two twin rooms early August in 2014. The rooms were spacious enough for hotels of its price range, and satisfactorily clean. The bathroom was not very large but comfortable enough in size. Most importantly, the bathroom was regularly and properly cleaned. Just a few minor complaints: TV channels in English were very few. There's... More

Not bad, but beware that you will need to pay $100 a day for Wifi in your room, and each bottle of water sitting on your desk is charged later at $12 each. There is Wifi in the lobby, but it's slow, the lobby is tiny and very crowded so usually no seats are available (imagine 60 school kids with... More

Macau is less than perfect. I have been to many countries with impoverished population. They kept the hotel clean, service was very good. I felt that they tried their best with English but to me it is frequently uptight Americans that expect all countries to speak OUR language. I thought it was enough have my needs met and bring any... This hotel is perfectly acceptable for business but held no tourist enjoyment. WIFI is limited to 2 devices per room. There is a regular shuttle to and from the ferry but we could not find it upon arrival at the ferry and took a taxi (10 mins approx- about £7 i think) Not many things to see in walking distance;... Hotel looks good, but don't have basic amenity internet. Other amenities are good. Most of the hotel staff cannot speak English. Casino under the hotel is very very small. If you are taking hotel just for night sleep, This is good. There is a free shuttle from ferry terminal every hour during day time.

Grandview Hotel is located in the Taipa district and about 5 minutes away from the airport. The check-in process was easy and fast. The rooms were spacious and very clean, complete with basic amenities which they replenish every day -- complimentary bottles of water included. It came to a surprise to us though that the bathroom has a huge see-through... More

This hotel provide very very terrible customer service, especially the housekeeping department. Not a good experience to live in this hotel. There are more hotel with the same price but better environment and customer service. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY HERE!

This hotel was arranged by my hosts in Macau for a work meeting- it's decent in terms of location (near shops and restaurants, etc; short drive from the airport), room condition, quietness and even the buffet breakfast. But all the horror stories you read on Tripadvisor about the reception are unfortunately true. They are totally disinterested in any queries you... More

Except the room's, nothing was good. Complete hotel staff including the manager was non - courteous. Breakfast quality was pathetic. I am surprised, how are they maintaining their star ratings. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR STAY.

The hotel itself is quite standard. We chose it for convenient location and been fairly priced for the quality you get. It is located right in the center of Taipa. There is a bus stop nearby, plenty of buses going to different directions: Cotai Strip, Panda Pavilion, Macau Ferry and so on. Within walking distance, there is an area of... More
