My wife and I always feel that this hotel goes above and beyond to satisfy the guests. All the staff address you by your name. They are always smiling and attentive. The spa and pool are very nice. It's in a good location too, right next door to the Sands Casino. more

Only spent one night at the MO in Macau with friends.Wish we could've spend more nights.A wonderful oasis in Macau. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. The rest of the hotel was excellent! We loved the atmosphere of the hotel.Quiet and peaceful. We had afternoon tea at Cafe Bela Vista. What a absolutely wonderful surprise! The same class as many... more

While i visited this hotel a while ago, I think that the property still deverse a my compliments event though it is a few years late. I went in on a package which inlcluded a massage and room. The service from the begining was flawless, right from the entrance, to the doorman, to the check-in service, the conceirge, the room... more

My biggest surprise with the Mandarin Oriental Macau was the room rate--way under $200 US per night. I'm surprised with the reviewers who feel this property is somehow a subpar Mandarin. I found the facility to be spotless and the service excellent. The atmosphere was delightfully relaxing, especially back in the resort pool area. Now if only there was a... more

Old facility, poor meintanance, resonable service, the biggest gap i have ever had between expectations and reality. Used to stay at the Mandarin Bangkok and Singapore - it is not the same ! A two/three star hotel! more

The rooms appear to be getting slightly older, especially compared to some of swanky ones at the Venetian or Wynn, but nonetheless are up to the high standards of the Mandarin Oriental chain. What sets this hotel apart from the other hotels, including the swanky one sabove, is the service. Simply put, bravo. I was upgraded to club level, asked... more

i took my parents for a mini break and we stayed in the hotel. it loks older than most and is less hyper-glam as the others but there is a great charm about the hotel, a grown-up quality. the hotel doesn't run a casino within it's premises (it used to), so you can expect it to be quiet. the service... more
