The hotel charged us twice, when we reached hotel for registration & we decided to pay cash. The hotel officer told us they already charged on our credit card, and will be refund after 3 months. This hotel is worse than the reviews indicate...No Heat..wanted me a handicapped person to move a portable heater in and out of door frame....no way....the bell staff are real nice but hotel management is for the birds. Do not stay here unless you must. more
