My son enjoyed so much the outdoor pool which is shared with guests in Galaxy hotel and Banyan Tree hotel. Food and restaurant choices were fantastic. However, the service in general was so so, we would expect a much higher standard from a Japanese hotel. The house keeper and the receptionist did not have any smiles on their faces!
