This hotel is a new one at Macau. I am generally not a fussy traveller, but staying here was a difficult experience. Please avoid staying here. Getting there: We took a free shuttle fr the ferry terminal to the City of Dreams. We were told the bus wld stop at the hotel, but it stopped at the entrance of the casino. Be prepared to haul your own bag fr the casino entrance to the hotel. Horrible front desk: Poor impression from the get-go with the bad... more

Hard rock hotel is newly open on Jun 1st,2009. Across the road is the Venetian Macao. The room I stay is standard which is small, but the pool on the 3rd floor is great. Unlike the Venetian Macao, you don't need to walk a LONG way to the pool. The breakfast is all you can eat, but not too many... more
