We had a pleasant time at the Four Seasons hotel, the service was wonderful, the room is well suited, great breakfast and lovely pools. If you are searching for an amazing hotel in Macau, choose the Four Seasons.

I stayed in 4 seasons this July for only one day and they have made me the most memorable stay. I travelled with my 4 years old daughter and right after arrival, she had a stomach sickness and kept throwing up. I told the hotel about it and didn't really expect anything from them as this is not their fault... More

The Only no so great part was the search for the hotel bus at the Ferry terminal!!! But once you reach the hotel, it takes your breadth away,, like most other hotels in the vicinity, it is a city on its own.. A hotel so large and it took us just 10 mins for check in ( we were a... More

All staffs was very nice and helpful. When I arrived the Taipa ferry terminal, just come to the Four seasons booth and confirmed the room reservation with the staff, then she escorted us to wait for the shuttle bus together, even the weather is hot. It was really good enough when we have came to ferry terminal. Check in, Kazu... More

This was my first trip to Macau with my family. It is the perfect hotel for a family that wants to have a good balance between gambling at the casinos and relaxing at one of Macau's finest properties. We were initially unhappy with the wait at the ferry terminal for our bus - it was a hot day! to the... More

We had great pre-arrival communication from Julieta and from the moment we arrived until we departed the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The luxury bus that transfers pax every 1/2 from Cotai ferry to the hotel set the tone for our 3 kids - they felt pampered from the beginning and despite being a little old to seek our... More

This was my first visit ever to Macau and the purpose was to see first-hand the incredible transformation of Macau into the world's largest gaming center in such a short span in time. I was not interested in gambling so we looked for luxury hotels without a casino: the Four Seasons and the Mandarin Oriental (in old Macau, not at... More

Celebrating our 5th year anniversary with a trip to Hong Kong and Macao, my wife and I were truly impressed with our experience at Four Season Macao. We were married at the Four Seasons in Buenos Aires--what better way to commemorate this special occasion then with a return to one of Four Seasons' properties. Check in. Kazuhiko and Margie truly... Beeing lucky enough to have stayed already several times at Four Seasons Macau, and always forget to write a review, it's about more than time to do so. Despite the hectic gambling atmosphere in Macau this hotel is just the heaven of piece in the midst, thus centraly located next to the Venetian and CIty of Dreams for shopping and... More
