The four seasons still offers a great resort experience and excellent service. but it has now been eclipsed by other resorts in Macau such as the Ritz. Pros: ---complimentary private vehicle service to and from the taipa ferry terminal ---generous amenities and friendly service from housekeeping ---beautiful outdoor pool area (one of the most relaxing in macau) with professional service... Personalized service is a must in luxury hotels, but the Four Seasons in Macau exceeded all my expectations. Welcomed and greeted by the staff at the ferry terminal, they provided complimentary transfer to the hotel in a van. When arrived at the hotel, was greeted personally by the management and enquired about my expectations and wishes during my very short... More

Just returned from Macau and a fabulous stay at Four Seasons. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel took care of the smallest detail since we were traveling with our baby girl. The hotel room was equipped with a crib with cute linen, mustela toiletries, sanitizer, bottle warmer, bath tub (this... More

The rooms are extremely spacious and really well designed. The view from the room is also beautiful. I loved ordering room-service and have them setup the table near the window. All in all an awesome hotel.

Stayed at hotel as we were there for conference. The hotel room was huge and well designed. Bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Strangely was not able to find any laundry bags in the room. Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast buffet @ Belcancao was excellent. The staff was very attentive, including... More

Very nice hotel! The room is huge and you'll be tempted to just lounge and stay the whole day there. Their toiletries are L'Occitane. We had dinner 3 times at Belcancao. Food is excellent. Lobster and steak overload! Yum! We also had one of our lunch at Zi Yat Heen. Very good Chinese food. I miss their pecking duck. Staff... More

Stayed here for just 1 night as my wife and our friends watched the House of Dancing Water. There's little to say about the hardware - its superb. Four Seasons standard. I do, however, would like to emphasis that the service is particular good. When I checked in, the staff who helped me, Raine, gave us a very detail explanation... More

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed. All service was friendly, efficient, and professional. Staff anticipated likely requests and ensured they were as helpful as we needed them to be i.e. the concierge. Room service was of a consistently high standard with wonderful little touches like leaving us a bookmark for our novels. Breakfast staff were sensational. We... More

We were looking for a quiet weekend away in Macau - a place without gambling in your face and without hustling, pushy crowds. This was it. We were greeted at the ferry and wisked to the hotel in a dedicated shuttle. Our check-in was in-room and our bags arrived before we did (never seen that before?). The rooms are elegant,... More
