Hoping that the fab Four Seasons brand would transform the whole Macau experience was too much to expect. Food and the room was great. Unfortunately, we discovered the spa facilities were open to guests of the hotel without purchasing any spa treatments an hour before we left when we visited the spa. If anything, the reception should have told us that to make our stay that much more enjoyable. Anyhow, I still recommend this hotel. more
