We chose the Four Seasons hotel because we had been to Macau several times and stayed at various hotels which all seemed to range in mid to high level of tackiness. The Four Seasons in Macau is definitely a class above the other hotels (such as Venetian hotel next door) with its tasteful opulence. The rooms themselves were very comfortable... more

After being disappointed by a number of Macau hotels in the past I finally found a place that makes me want to come back! LOCATION: on the Cotai Strip (in Taipa), next to the Venetian and the City of Dreams. Basically, you are a walking distance from 3 of the best shopping malls in Macau and 4 Casinos (from intimate... more

I had a chance to stay at the Four Seasons in Macau in Sept 09. On the whole, it was a good experience that was let down only by the lack of any pick up as well as the terrible food at the buffet. As others have pointed out before, its not easy to get to the hotel from the... more

...and you're not the "Venetian" type (ie. you don't like too much gilt and frills) the Four Seasons is a good option, though as a Four Seasons, it's still lacking a little in terms of service. The rooms are fine - not huge, though the bathrooms are very nice, with a big tub and separate shower. The pools and cabanas... more

I am basically a professional traveler and this was one of the finest hotels, both service and property, that I have visited. It is not necessarily the fanciest hotel, but I did not have a single thing that I could say against the hotel or service. more

Hoping that the fab Four Seasons brand would transform the whole Macau experience was too much to expect. The hotel is beautiful but lots of little things are keeping this from being a true Four Seasons experience. Starting with no one at the ferry terminal representing the hotel--visitors must find their own way to the myriad of other hotel resort... more

We just recently spent two nights at the Four Seasons Macao and I would highly recommend the experience, so much so that we can't wait to return with some friends and family. We were collected at the Cotai Jet terminal and directed to the free shuttle bus which took us directly to the hotel (the trip took 5-10 minutes) and... more

Food and the room was great. Unfortunately, we discovered the spa facilities were open to guests of the hotel without purchasing any spa treatments an hour before we left when we visited the spa. If anything, the reception should have told us that to make our stay that much more enjoyable. Anyhow, I still recommend this hotel. more

Stayed at the Four Seasons Macau for a 3 day conference. The hotel is nice, nothing super special but good location to sights like the Venetian, etc. Very modern gym with TVs on the treadmills, TV in the bath and of course only a walk away from the black jack tables! The staff is almost too polite, waiting eagerly to... more

Stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and got a great deal on an Ambassador Suite - almost 2000sq.ft.!! I have been a fan of Four Seasons for a long time (my first job ever was at a Four Seasons) and am generally very impressed with this property. The staff were as good as you can expect in Macau - though... more
