The hotel is simply "very old". The decoration, the lift, the room, all are very old fashioned, especially compared with those new hotels in Macau. The Regency is overpriced for the condition it's in. Rooms are filled with mildew and a strong musty smell. The carpeting is very old and completely covered in stains. The beds are very hard. The hotel was lovely. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are well stocked. Facilities are fantastic with a very nice swimming pool and gym. The highlight for me though was a fantastic breakfast with a great variety of choice. Would come back again. more

Its a decent hotel I guess. It just smells and looks musty and old to me. It's way past its prime. It has that "stinky feet" smell in the halls and rooms.
