This is not first time I have stayed at this Hotel. My last stay there was December 1, 2014. The hotel is ideally located on Taipa facing Macau proper. Easy to get to from all points. I have seen some of the other reviews on this site and wonder how what yard stick they use for reviews? This hotel provided... More

A very good hotel for the price they offer. The hotel is clean and the location is strategic. Even the slippers and toothbrush are changed daily. Moreover, the receptionists are helpful, they even let us exchange our $1000 (HKD) bill to $100 bills (also HKD). It was very helpful because it is hard to do transaction with $1000, even some... I stayed at the Regency Macau in the month of December 2014. I really enjoyed my stay there. The check in was pretty smooth. And I was offered complementary breakfast (it was not in the deal I booked). I requested for good view room, and the room which I got had the best view of the Macau tower, the strait,... More

I would not recommend this hotel anyone. Fortunately I stayed there for only one night, this hotel is horrible. There was cigarette smell in the corridor the moment we entered. Room was stinking like it was closed since many days. It has been rated as five star on agoda but its not even one star. Furniture is old style and not... More

Regency Hotel was located in the main area of Macau Taipa. From the hotel it is easy to commute to Macau because the bus stops are close by. The hotel provides free shuttle service to Macau every one hour which was helpful to commute. We already booked the hotel online and when we arrived they made us to wait before... More

the hotel is old and dirty. is not remotely a 5 star hotel. soviet hostels were prettier and cleaner. internet only in the lobby and almost didnt work. there was no bell boy and we had to carry our luggage from the front door (3 suitcases and our baby) up to the room. the toilet in the room was lousy,... Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in December 2014. Arrived on 26 December when water and power was not operating for most of the afternoon and early evening. Conflicting reasons provided by staff for the outage but more disappointingly continued wrong advice was given as to when power would return. I eventually gave up and took shuttle bus into... More

We booked this hotel for a short trip (2D1N) in Macau. This is an ex 5-star hotel "Hyatt hotel" in 1990's. The rate is reasonable (HK$1000) when comparing to other hotel (HK$1600/night) in Macau during Christmas holiday. We arrived Macau at Taipa ferry terminal but no shuttle bus available. We had to travelled by public bus. No in-room wifi available.... More

This is a really old property..stuck in the 90's. All room fixtures, furniture is out dated. None the less, rooms are big and spacious. Very clean so does not really matter how old the room was. I stayed here just one night and had the breakfast which was great. Good spread. Just one major casino near by..since this is away... More

When we arrived, we were welcomed by a hotel with no electricity. Take note, we came there tired after the transportation from the Taipa ferry via taxi (as the hotel doesnt have a shuttle from there). We went to Macau on a vacation and to have a good time. The manager on the front desk explained that the hotel is... More
