This hotel is very worn down. Mostly on the outside. Its bizarre that wifi in rooms is a paid service in a 5* hotel (?!?) But it has some nice features; The service is quite good. The shuttlebus is a nice feature. The location is in the middle of the casino'strip' in Taipa and Macau. The poolarea has its charm.... More

The hotel is located on Taipa Island. Therefore you need to go by taxi to the main attractions or you can use the free shuttle service offered by the hotel (runs until 8pm). The rooms are already quite old and some were very damp due to the high air humidity. The rooms were not ready before 3pm. The breakfast was... More

Superbly positioned on Taipa Island across the bridge from Central Macau where a lot of the main casinos are, however the city of dreams and the brand new Venetian are just a short Taxi ride away on Taipa Island Itself in Cotai, not far from the Regency. The hotel is immaculate and befits it's 5 star rating. The staff are... More

This hotel in on the Lantau (Taipa) Island side, be aware if arriving from Hong Kong as you will arrive on the other island main Macau. Don't be fooled by its' name it is certainly nowhere near the quality you would expect from the "Regency". Musty room smell, hairs through bathroom and towels even after cleaning. Requested through reception a... More

I believe Regency Hotel is in a good location where you can easily reach every part of Macau by bus. We can walk out for local dinning and various choices around like portuguese, japanese, korean. Even we can take 20 minutes walk to Rua do Cunha which is famous for visiting. I am used to stay in Macau for 3... More

I chose this hotel as it was reasonably cheap - to keep to a budget. The rooms are old - but quite big. After getting a TINY room in HK once to have a reasonable size room for me was important. Reception staff were helpful. WiFi was available in room at extra cost. Breakfast was included and was good. They... More

The Hotel is a bit far from noise. However, still considered convenient as the public bus stop just right in front the hotel. The exterior of the hotel is very simple and there is no shining shining light as no casino inside the hotel. If you wish to have small bet, I suggest you may go the casino located at... More

I stayed here for 2 nights. I was disappointed upon arrival when reception staff were unhelpful and rude especially 1 young man called Hedley sou. He was very abrupt and rolled his eyes when I was asking some questions. I was shocked there is no wifi in room! They told me it was not possible? Even if I paid more?... More

This trip was a short one for 2 nights so this hotel was about US$100 a night in March 2013 which was reasonable. The location is quite away from the city center where most of the casino's are situated. The hotel is quite old and room's were good. I had issue with AC which was not fixed but a heater... More
