Fantastic campsite with wonderful views and fabulous amenities. The toilets and shower areas are spotless and the wonderful owner is always on site if any help is needed. I am disabled and although the separate wet room they have is not specifically for disabled guests it would be suitable for anybody with restricted mobility or a wheelchair user. The owner... More

The site itself was scenic, well maintained and had great amenities. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending it to anyone! Keep doing what you are doing guys! My hubby only had... More

I stayed at Ballamaor recently for three nights - two adults camping in two tents and one with a 5-year old. The site is level and really well planned, with electricity hook-up points and regular water taps around the perimeter - no trekking to fill the kettle! The large cabin with fridges, toaster, grill/cooker/microwave combi cookers and free tea and... More

Stayed in the amazing igloos with my 2 border collies. Each pod has an enclosed garden, heating, electric and fixed bed. There is a v v dog friendly owner, lots of space for dogs to run, amazing dog walks both in the glen and on the beach near by and great food in village pub The Raven. To make it... More

I have stayed at this site every year since they opened during both TT and MGP periods and have seen great investment and site improvements since then. Stevie can't do enough to help you and the facilities are good with access to local amenities being a short walk away. I would recommend this site to anyone, who wants good access... More

contrary to what people might expect when travelling to the isle of man,due to their strict rules on lots of areas, the north of the island is bliss for dog owners, miles and miles of gloriously sandy beaches, rock pools and seaweed. ballamoar campsite is minutes away by car from doggy heaven very friendly well organised site run by steve and... We visited Ballamoar on the weekend of 13th, 14th September. It was our first visit and we were really impressed by the site. It was easygoing, relaxed, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The showers were hot and the wi-fi in the communal area fast. Would perhaps be an advantage to have a stool in showere cubicles as difficult to hang everyting... More
