I have stayed at this site every year since they opened during both TT and MGP periods and have seen great investment and site improvements since then. Stevie can't do enough to help you and the facilities are good with access to local amenities being a short walk away. I would recommend this site to anyone, who wants good access... More

Stayed in a glampod at this site. Had a fabulous time with husband and 2 dogs. Very comfortable and warm, small fridge a bonus. Well worth money. Would definitely stay again. Free WiFi, clean showers. Close to the local pub, about 400yds away. Microwave, fridge/freezer in communal hut. Hot water for cooking utensils excellent.

This was my 3rd visit to the Isle of man TT and I have stayed at a different campsites each year. Ballamoar is definitely my favourite! The facilities are great. Nice clean 'hot' showers, great communal area with plug sockets, free tea & coffee, microwave, fridges, washing machines, Wi-Fi, tables to sit and have your dinner. Steve who runs the... More

contrary to what people might expect when travelling to the isle of man,due to their strict rules on lots of areas, the north of the island is bliss for dog owners, miles and miles of gloriously sandy beaches, rock pools and seaweed. ballamoar campsite is minutes away by car from doggy heaven very friendly well organised site run by steve and... We visited Ballamoar on the weekend of 13th, 14th September. It was our first visit and we were really impressed by the site. It was easygoing, relaxed, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The showers were hot and the wi-fi in the communal area fast. Would perhaps be an advantage to have a stool in showere cubicles as difficult to hang everyting... More

Stayed 2 nights with 8 mates while completing the Manx E2E mountain bike race. This is an excellent, high end camp site. Showers ( hot/powerful/free) and toilets are clean, bright and plentiful. Communal area is outstanding. Wifi/tv/mircrowave/fridge freezers etc) . FREE tea and coffee with hot water on tap. We were pushed for time so support from Steve and his... More

Went to the Isle of Man with a group of guys who took part in the End2End Mountain Bike Challenge. The campsite facilities were fantastic. Shower/toilet block were spotless, hot water plentiful, free tea and coffee and all for £5 per person per night! Steve and his partner George were brilliant hosts and they even cooked us a fatboy's breakfast... More

After a gap of nearly 50 years my wife and I camped together for the first time when our friend had her 40th birthday party on this camp site. We stayed for 4 nights, from the moment we arrived when Steve the owner of the site moved one of the caravans on site to provide us with shelter from the... More

This site is in a great location with a high standard of facilities. The community area is a top meeting place when the weather is bad. Stevie runs an excellent site and can't do enough to help his guests, a top site for families and bike race fans alike.

Stayed here twice this year for the TT and the Manx GP, all I can say is that Steve does a fantastic job of making you feel at home. Showers and eating facilities are second to none, with free tea and coffee and use of two large 2 door fridges, plus 2 microwaves, and plenty of washing up facilities. Thanks... More
