The rooms were very basic and ours was small. The bathroom was filthy and smelled bad. The hotel staff at the separate part of the hotel were a bit rude and played loud thumping music from 10.30am every morning. Beside the pool was not very clean. On one occasion I dropped a glass and had to sweep it up myself... More

We booked here for the October half term holidays. When we arrived we discovered that this was the last week of the season and there were very few guests staying which decreased over the week. The hotel itself is spread over a large area but is only 2 story buildings. The grounds seem to be well kept. There is also... More

Came to stay at the end of October with a friend. I had previously booked this as a family holiday with another adult and a child who cancelled and I was worried there wasn't going to be enough to do. Was relieved how nice the hotel looked coming off the transfer bus and our room got upgraded from a standard... More

I stayed at Gaia Village with my soon to be wife and loved it! I enjoyed most of the facilities such as the pools, the bars and beach near by. The breakfast and lunch buffets had lots of options that were all tasty. Everyone working at the resort was amazing. They would drop everything to help you if needed. Really... More

Reading the reviews here, I feel like I stayed in a different hotel.... We came back on Sunday, having spent the last week of the season in Tigaki. Yes, it was quiet, but we expected that. The beach was lovely, sunbeds still available, the pools & surrounding areas clean, and we spent 2 days out - one in Kos Town,... More

The Gaia Village is very comfortable for families with kids. We staid at family room 432, 3 adults and 3 kids (one of them just 3 month old). Room is not very big, but OK. Our room was great bcs it was right opposite mini club, so we could see kids playing there from our door. Mini club was one... More

This is a large complex and child friendly. The food is good, varied and nicely presented. Communal areas are dirty. Pool areas are not swept or washed, resulting in sticky stained floors and LOTS of ants everywhere. The pools should be cleaner too. Staff are not over friendly apart from the restaurant staff who were very pleasant. Our room was... More
