We stayed here for four days in July. I made my reservation well in advance. A couple of months after making the reservation I received an email offering an "upgrade/guaranteed" location for $50. At the price per night these tents are I figured $50 was worth it although it seems questionable that they would operate in this manner. We ended... More

It was a very nice yellow ribbon event for my wife and I. She recently redeployed from Kuwait and a few days of tranquility was very nice. The yurt style bugaboos were private enough, your own deck, and the sound of waves....boats, float planes, was very nice. okay at times the later two could have been less. We were obviously... More

Stunning vistas, Nature at it's most glorious. Welcoming staff. Superb dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at this beautiful resort. While many come only because they are guests at weddings held at this beautiful locale, it is very much worthwhile spending time here just because you deserve to be pampered. While there are luxurious tent accommodations available, we enjoyed... More

We came to this resort for a wedding party. Room is pre-arranged by others. I'd been in similar tent house in Muskoka, Ontario. But here are more attractive in location. Walking on the newly build wooden path way in the early morning of summer is an un-forgettable feeling for a city-man.

I've had difficulty putting a title to this review. "Rockwater - A Place For Lovers". "A Grastronomical Delight". "A Fabulous Stay On BC's Sunshine Coast". "This Gives Camping Outdoors A New Meaning". "Camping Under The Stars", and a whole lot more. My wife first saw the place in a magazine about 10 years ago and dreamed that we would one... More

This resort has 2 types of accommodation that we saw. The tent house rooms and small cabins. We did not stay in a tent but they would be attractive. Unfortunately, they are far too expensive and even more so after June 30. The cabins are old but well looked after and clean. We did not find the bed (queen) comfortable.... More

Stayed here for four nights on our honeymoon in one of the tents....#65 the furthest one out. Was simply amazing. Saw eagles, deer, baby ducks from our tent. It is very posh, heated floors, whirlpool tub, down bedding, fireplace....Couldn't have been ant better. Strongly recommended for anyone wanting a romantic getaway.

We stayed here on our honeymoon for 3 days. The tent house rooms are the way to go. They are a little on the expensive side, but it was a great experience. The beds were great and the view was awesome. Room service was second to none. As well as the food! So good! The only thing I would advise... More

I recently eloped at Rock Water Resort as part of their Elopement Package. Although I was getting married I didn't set my expectations very high because I wasn't expecting much. However, I was completely blown away by the resort and it's staff. They were very accommodating to us as well as our families that joined. The resort itself is beautiful.... More

I've now been to Rockwater Secret Cove Resort twice. The first time, we stayed in a tent suite in February. The second time, with a child, we had to stay in one of their cabins in late May/early June. Our first experience in the tent suite was very nice. The setting is tranquil, and you can't beat the ocean views... More
