We went there over the New Year period which is low season for Gili T. The hotel is located on the northern side of the island, so somewhat isolated, which is nice to be away from the crowded centre, but not as convenient as it is a 20mn bicycle ride away though the beach or the inner roads. The hotel... More

apart from Amber B review which I agree with. we were a bit apprehensive of booking villa grasia as other reviews were not that complimentary and we already had mixed feelings due to our gilli island hotel experience to date and what we had been told about gili trawangan. However we feel it is worthy of more than a 3... More

We stayed here two years ago and loved it so much we came back again this trip for a week. Fantastic location away from the party area, also don't get woken up by any of the calls to prayer from the islands mosques. Bikes have been updated which was a nice surprise, the hotel also offers free afternoon tea every... More

Went to this hotel during low season. It is quite far away from the main strip of bars and restaurants which was a good point. They also advertised that you can use their bike and snorkeling equipment, but I think the equipment must date from the 1990s. They are full of rust. The snorkel is linked to the mask with... More

Booked through Trailfinders for our honeymoon as we wanted to go to the Gili islands for diving (and there were only 2 hotels offered). We're not 5* holiday people, but the 3* rating was optimistic at best. The rooms were massive and clean, but the air con too weak for the size of the room meaning it needed to be... More

If you try to describe this hotel in one word maybe decadent is the most accurate one. The hotel is clean, with clean comfortable rooms... Though What makes it acceptable is its most than friendly and helpful staff. They are always there for help you an undoubtedly they do so. However, the hotel itself is getting old-fashioned... Especially when compared... More

Stayed for 2 nights in end sep at this resort. We had arranged an airport transfer with the resort at 900k for 2 person from lombok airport, pick up by car to the harbour(about 1.3 hour journey). Then took the speedboat to gili t(15min journey). Waited quite sometime at the harbour for the horsecart to the resort.(about 15-20min journey) We... More

My partner and I wanted to stay in a relaxed, quiet, small resort with a nice pool and good food... What we found at Villa Grasia was far above our expectations and the longer we stayed and toured around Gili the happier we were with where we had decided to stay. The only reason I gave the rooms a 'very... More

before i give my opinion…i'm a little surprised that a few reviewers for this hotel complained about the fact that it wasn't close to the main area…didn't they look at a map of the island before they travelled. That happened to be the reason I chose this hotel. I enjoyed the fact it was farther away and rather quiet. The... More

We were welcomed by Ronnie with fruity drinks and given a comprehensive introduction to the hotel. The rooms (standard villa) exceeded our expectations as quite spacious and fresh, with frangipanis everywhere. Free bike and snorkel hire were great inclusions, saving us some money had we hired from the central area. Nice basic breakfast upstairs with beautiful views of the ocean.... More
