We stayed 5 nights in Biru Meno with 2 young kids. Staff and owner are very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a great stay overall, very relaxing and beautiful area. The bungalow was quite nice overall and the food was very good. The place is well maintained and clean. The only issue is that the 2-bedroom bungalows are at... More

A very good bungalow, set on a beautiful beach with friendly and helpful staff.......perfect! We enjoyed 5 nights at this very good, well run resort. We ate in the hotel restaurant on most nights and enjoyed the local food, and the freshly baked pizzas, very much. There are restaurants quite nearby but not all were open when we were there.... We thought we'd treat ourselves and go to the restaurant at Biru Meno before we left the island. We come to Gili Meno for the snorkelling, not the food, so our expectations weren't terribly high despite the higher prices. However, there was no fish for any of the many fish-based items on the menu. The waiter, who spoke excellent English,... More

We stumbled upon this place whilst trudging round Meno with all our bags and nowhere to stay. It was out the way on the South of the island and it seemed quiet. The guys showed us round a room and was really spacious, clean and and upstairs and downstairs which was a nice change. Breakfast was good and the staff... More

After a shaky boat trip from Bangsal and a short walk we were presented with the beautiful location of Biru Meno. The beach is amazing, white sand, corals, few meters from the resort. Being the last resort of the south east part of the island, apart from the guests the place is not busy at all, leaving privacy and quietness.... More

We spent 15 nights on the beautiful island of Gili Meno where we stayed at Biru Meno. The accommodation was for 4 people (including 2 teenagers), light and airy accommodation, fans and air conditioning, clean and tidy and very picturesque. 50m walk to the beach. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Priced very reasonably. Rooms made... More

We spent 3 nights here and it was very relaxing and peaceful. The bungalows are basic and clean... Our bungalow was cleaned and swept every morning... The bed was comfortable with mosquito net, there was an air conditioner in the room but the sea breezes were so nice that you didn't need to use it. Bathroom was basic but clean,... More

The owners of this place are nasty people who will tell you ANYTHING to make a fast buck. We were lied to and almost lost $300 dollars which we had paid them for their services. Only after waiting 4 hour and various intimidating threats (including 'I will kill you' / 50% refund) did we finally get all our money back.... More

After touring Bali and seeing lots of stuff, we were happy to spend some quiet days in Biru Meno. It's simple but friendly - just what we were looking for! We pretty much only ate at that place because we really liked it, especially recommendable is the fresh fish! Make sure you call that place in advance so that they... More

I first visited the Gili's in 1998 when they were an undiscovered paradise. This time we chose Gili Meno because it seemed to offer the closest thing to that experience. In many ways it does and a stay at Biru Meno goes a long way to making you're stay even better. It's at the end of the line heading clockwise... More
