Good location, in the centre of city, good free WiFi in all hotel, the room was clean. Standard breakfast, but it was ok. The staff were friendly, we didn't visit the spa so no comments on that. Good value for money.

We visited Saaremaa in July for 10 days, biking and walking around as many do in this charming and rather mysterious island. When returning from the countryside to stay in Kuressaare we originally booked this spot for two nights, but after discovering that we have a good-value and comfortable place at our disposal decided to stay for three nights more.... Many times we been in this town and we like to spend a time here. However we never stayed in local Spa, but a lots of positive feedback we heard about them. This summer we decided to join to SPA. It was a really great time as we spend all day using different SPA facilities such as sauna, pool, salt chamber, power... More

A basic hotel by the seaside just a few steps away from the Castle and center of the town. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was on the top floor facing the sea with a nice balcony. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was not a thrill, but it was... More

If you need a place to sleep, you will manage to do that. We spent our 2-days holiday there, it was +30 degrees outside and there was no AC in the room. The hotel interior in general looked outdated as well as the room. The room furniture was chipped and the lamp on the table was dusty. Unfortunately there´s also no... More

Nice location on harbour. Large room with simple modern furnishings. We were sightseeing but I think many guests were there for the spa services. I did not hear any guests speaking English but it wasn't a problem for desk staff. Ask for a room facing the water.

If you need a place to sleep, then this is a good hotel. Wonderful view from the window. All rooms have a balcony. Do not put anything on the balcony, the seagulls steal. Breakfast was simple, but pretty good. Unfortunately, the dinner was not possible because the restaurant was closed. The hotel mainly caters seminars. Room was simple but clean.... More

Had to stay for 2 nights, only as a place to sleep, not to spend time in a spa so my comment relates to the hotel only. Well, first my reservation was lost, then when checking in they overcharged me which took some time to correct (credit card payment). Restaurant was closed before 9PM, promised wifi and room with the... More

We had a excursion with my wife´s co-workers in there and stayed 3 nights in a standard rooms. First of all situation of hotel is excellent, right next to ocean/harbour and ancient famous Kuressaare Episcopal Castle(1381) and all those surroundings with nice park. Our hotel room was to the backside to parking place, but it was ok. After a while... More

We were lucky to have a suite, can imagine ordinary rooms will not be so good. Boring interiors, no pictures on the walls, cleaning average at best. No minibar. Breakfast was poor. Did not try spa. Went to other restaurants. Good location.
