This is the only 4 star hotel in Ibiza Town (Evissa). While it is very smart, and clean, the staff give you impression that they dont need to work very hard for your custom. Thought this was a resort hotel from some of the other reviews...it's not. Though in Ibiza town itself and away from most noise it overlooks a parking lot and slums. I stayed here in July 02. The rooms are very clean, very comfortable, but rather dated. Feels a bit like a early 80s airport hotel. Having said that, the air conditioning is superb and while it may be on a rather ugly street, it's very convenient- only a couple of minute walk to the bay front (Base, Rock etc) more
