Stayed here as part of a Thomas Cook deal with flights and hotel. Staff are wonderful and made me feel so welcome. Travelled on my own but I always felt safe. The views over the sea and the town are so beautiful! It was lovely to just sit with that as the backdrop! They have a pool which is clean... More

We stayed at the Asteris Hotel in June 2014 first impression was fantastic and our first impression was not wrong. Although the hotel is 4km outside Skala the elevated position gave excellent views,a shuttle bus is provided free of charge at night but you will need a taxi return which costs 6 euros. The room was spacious very clean and... More

Very spacious room and fantatic views - never seen anything like it before. Was great to watch the goats up the mountains and the beautiful Aegean sea and coastline - absolute bliss. The room was very comfortable especially the bed - really nice sheets had a wonderful sleep. The patio doors are massive glass things and you can sit in... More

Just returned from 10 days at this lovely relaxed hotel where nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The views are to die for and everywhere is immaculate. Reasonably priced menu in the small restaurant, plenty of sun beds at the pool and Makis the cheerful bartender to wait on you - bliss! It is 50 minute walk into... More

Just returned from a six week stay at this hotel. It was a return trip for us having stayed here many times in the past. We knew that we would not be disappointed. Our room was comfortable - with a bathroom that actually had a bath, over the bath shower and a shower curtain too. Maid service was brilliant -... More

Have just returned from a relaxing week. Staff and atmosphere again excellent. Couldn't have hoped for better. We found most English guests were also 'returners'. Barbeque Monday Night was fabulous and make sure you sample the meatballs another night (but try to leave room for dessert as occasionally you get one even when you don't expect it!).

We stayed at the Asteris during May 2014. This was my second visit to the hotel. Unbelievably, our second stay at the hotel was even better than the first! We stayed in one of the apartments. The apartment was clean bright comfortable and had breathtaking views! There are Genuinely no negative points about this hotel. This is how all hotels... More

Just stayed here with the hubby for a week. We had a studio sea view room 122. Really great room, we were half board so didn't use the kitchen facilities apart from the fridge! Room was really lovely by Greek standards! Lovely view from the balcony. The staff really make this hotel! Really no trouble asking for something and they... More

We booked this holiday as a studio flat at short notice as a low cost break, but they upgraded us free to an apartment with a perfect sea view. It got better from there really. The food was good and reasonably priced, the staff were both friendly and helpful and there as an excellent pool - which had separate deep... More
