We arrived on sunday afternoon after a very early flight from the uk , we unpacked and was told lunchtime food was served by the poolside, we ordered a drink and then looked at the menu -when we went to order we was told rudely by one of the female staff (who looked like she needed a good wash )... We spent 2 weeks there. The location is very good. Our room was big enough for a family of 4 people. There are two wonderful beaches just in front of the hotel (although they are not fully equipped with umbrellas and chairs). The personnel is nice. The breakfast and dinner were just average, both for quality and quantity. Other facilities... More

We visited Porto Skala mid July 2014. It was our third visit as we find it as an ideal place for holidays in Greece. The hotel is just a small walk from the long sandy beach of Skala (there is also a free shuttle bus service offered by the hotel) but also offers a very big amazing pool and a... More

Just got back from a week at Porto Skala with my boyfriend and our 3 year old. We specifically chose this hotel as it looked like it had a bit more than just a swimming pool to occupy our little girl. Unfortunately the only good things I can think to say about the hotel are that all the staff were... More

We recently stayed at the hotel, 5 adults and 2 children, Lovely position with great private Cove and beach across the road, It's a 5 euro taxi ride to town or 25 min walk, The hotel also operates a Seven sweater mini bus for free into town. Hotel was clean and tidy, swimming pool is great, all rooms seem to... More

Stayed in the fabulous room 105, with 2 balconies and amazing views to the sea...as well as the resident lizard on the small balcony (Percival). Room is basic but fine, fridge and kettle as well as safe. Standard is perfectly acceptable given the time you spend there and it has air con at night, wifi was a little random though.... More

We just got back from our eighth visit to the beautiful island of Kefalonia and have to say that yet again we were not disappointed. The hotel was clean throughout and whilst may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties, the village feel did not make it seem that there were a lot of rooms/apartments. Our room 205 was... More

I stayed here with my husband on the final four days of our honeymoon in August. The area of Skala itself is beautiful and Kefalonia on a whole is an amazing spot to visit. I have to say we were impressed with the staff who were always helpful etc and the shuttle bus in and out of the town is... More

Went all inclusive this holiday and on arrival things seemed ok, got there about 14:30 and happy to see lunch buffet was still open, had some food which was a bit cold but put that down to the time it had been out. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful for the full length of our stay. the... More
