My partner and myself stayed at this hotel first week in july, the weather was brilliant with unbroken sunshine for the 7 days of our stay. We travelled there as a package holiday booked through Cosmos. Upon arrival at the hotel you are greeted by quite and impressive looking building, and friendly staff to book you in, we had actually... More

Have just returned from this hotel. It was just ok. Definitely not 5* perhaps barely a 4* What let this hotel down most of all are the older waiters who are unfriendly, don't smile and who are unfortunately not happy doing their jobs. Although there are 3 or 4 young ones who behave as you might expect. This really ruins... More

A beautiful resort, very clean and friendly staff. Sea front views from our balcony was amazing-would definitely recommend people to stay here. Reception handled all our enquires- even helped us organized a car hire. Would recommend people to hire a car to explore the island. The scenery is just breath taking!

I can't say for sleeping and staying in the hotel as we stay somewhere else. However, we were lucky to be recommended this hotel for the Spa facilities that we used and have fantastic treatments for the ladies in the Spa and used of the facilities. The other thing we can say is that we also have meals in the... More

Stayed with the family and didn't see the kids for the whole time - they loved the big pool. For the adults, forget the pool and follow the signs to the beach - it's an amazing swimming spot. The hotel seems expensive but with breakfast and dinner included in the room rate, it's well worth it.

My husband and I went there for 10 nights end of May. It was lovely. The reception team were friendly and helpful. We were given an apartament, very spacious and clean but it could do with some TLC to match to the 5* rating. The pool and the pool bar were further down (big hill to go down and up... More

I have to agree with most of the reviews already published here. The hotel is in a beautiful location, the rooms are fairly basic. The restaurant lacks variety but the quality of food is great. We used the spa-nothing spectacular. We enjoyed our stay as we were in Skala for a friend's wedding.

Just returned from a short break without the kids. This hotel has some amazing good points, largely stemming from the views and location. However, be aware that by no means is this a 5* hotel. We were cynical about 'local' star ratings before we arrived, but were still surprised at how far off the Apostolata was from anything remotely top-drawer... More

We returned to the Mareblue Apostolata this year for the 2nd year in a row. It did not disappoint. This hotel is one of a kind and the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We always stay in the superior room with a side sea view and shared private pool - we love this room and feel it is... More

Although on the surface the room looked good, lovely big balcony overlooking the pool and sea, on closer inspection it was really quite grubby. There were stains on the underside of the bedspread which I asked to be changed but even more gruesome large circular stains on the curtains. The bathroom had a type of pitted stone floor tile which... More
