Yes it's expensive, but surely you figure that out from the website, its a member of the Relais and Chateaux after all! We got a great deal on the room, two nights for the price of one. But we chose to use the Spa and the excellent Michelen starred restaurant, so of course the final costs were significantly higher than... more

Stayed at the hotel for over a week for a business trip. The building itself is a piece of art covered in green. Located on a small hill and surrounded by vineyards it is a guarantee for a quit and relaxed stay. Personnel was helpful and friendly. We had some challenges in various rooms in the Italian summer heat -... more

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed it. If you can stay in one of the suites they are better and have better views. We were in # 11 and it was perfect. Our room was very clean and large. Seperate tub, shower , lots of hot water ! Bed was nice, maid service was... more

Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent rooms, great bar and lounge area and we did not have the problems that others have mentioned with unfriendly staff. The biggest drawback was the restaurant as it did not live up to the standard of cuisine that its 2 Michelin stars would suggest. The Secondo courses we selected, pork and lamb, were extremely disappointing... more

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years, both before and after the tasteful, well integrated extension was added to the building to incorporate the new spa and I believe some additional rooms - most recently in July 2006 as part of a little road trip round Italy. Excellent service, superb restaurant, relaxing ambience, nice facilities, I can... more

Hotel, amenities, staff, class and style were all wonderful. Gorgeous surroundings, facilities, art, spa, gardens. Lovely area of wine region with tours and tastings. First class and elegant. Hotel making an effort of making "events" / special activites available to guests at little or no charge. Restaurant expensive and worth it. Superb wait staff and delightful extras that made the... more

My husband and I have just come back from a 2-day stay at Albereta. The entire complex is designed for relax, and that is exactly what we did! I do agree with the other posts- it is expensive so be prepared! We enjoyed the spa (Chenot products, highly qualified staff), state-of-the art gym (TechnoGym gear, and free sessions with a... more

This hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, good restaurant, all the rest of it ... BUT it is terribly overpriced (we paid €395 a night), in the middle of a very unpleasant area (Francia Corta, between Brescia and Verona) and once you leave the grounds there is nowhere to go and nothing to do - overbuilt, tacky region with lots... more

They are unhelpful, rude and very unpleasent. I wish i had read the reveiws already posted by visitors from switzerland and miami before i booked as they were... more

Me and my partner just came back from a long week-end spent at the chateau - relais resort " L'Albereta" in Erbusco. The Hotel surroundings are very pleasant but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so a rented car is a must if you want to enjoy your stay. The room we stayed in (room 3) was very... more
