As a family of 2 adults and one 3 year old boy, we chose to stay here as part of our 3 week journey around Italy. Its stunning, and an amazing renovation and modernization of the buildings while keeping charm and character. Best fine dining we had in 3 weeks of exploring was here in its restaurant. We were lucky... More

Love Italian roads that follow the Roman rule of straight lines....through mountains, bridge to the next etc, but it all goes horribly wrong when you hit Lake Como. Nothing prepared us for leaving the motorway and heading to the end of the lake and our accommodation. Our gps plays up and frustratingly we missed the turn off to Pianello del... More

In October 2014, my husband and I (in our late twenties/early thirties) stayed at Tre Terre for five nights. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The staff was friendly and we felt very welcome. Our room (Sorp: Superior Double room) was located in a house with five rooms and each room had its own entrance. The room and bathroom... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, but wish it had been longer. Definitely recommend having a GPS to find it (as other reviewers have stated), but once you get there, you really don't need to leave! We did go back to Menaggio (a quick 15 min drive) and didn't have any trouble getting in and out, but... More

Visited after a trip around lake Como in our classic Alfa Romeo, an unforgettable drive. Having read the previous reviews about the very steep drive up to the agriturismo, I thought they were either exaggerating or incompetent drivers... they weren't, it is STEEP! It bent the rear tailpipe on the Alfa! Once you arrive it becomes very worthwhile. The agriturismo... More

Once you have found the hotel after negotiating the steep narrow approach, you realise it is worth the effort. The ambience of the hotel is very relaxing and the staff are friendly and happy to help. Breakfasts are superb, with fresh hot coffee, eggs cooked to your liking and a range of juices, breads, pastries, cheese and meat served (if... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Really is a great place to escape! Very comfortable rooms, the restaurant is a must with truly authentic Italian cuisine, gorgeous pool and so quiet at night. Be warned that the drive up is very steep, we had a very low car which scraped a little on the drive but... More

Decided to check out this place as it was close by and the reviews good... Wow what a place! Romantic, stylish, amazing views and a nice restaurant. As we were staying somewhere else we were here for dinner. The food is autentic and well cooked. Service nice and the atmosphere great. Have already booked our second dinner, looking forward to... We loved this place. Arrived after a long flight and no problem getting the room a bit early, We ate here very night and although the menu was short we sampled everything and it was all great, Views were good, room spotless, staff friendly and v good value. You need quite a powerful car to get up the steep slope... More

Amazing view of the Como lake. Beautiful rooms and wonderful garden. Difficult drive up hill to Tre Terre, but enjoying the tranquility and view from the infinity pool all worries are forgotten. Excellent osteria (probably the best risottos we have ever had!) and very good breakfast. Very friendly staff. We had our four year old daughter with us, but the... More
