We booked two rooms, the rooms were crowded, gloomy and dark. We were on the second floor, so elevator goes to first and you have to climb about 10 steps to the second. The receptionist came to show our room, but no help with the luggege. You have to carry your lugguage to the stairs. Restaurant of the hotel is... More

When we arrived at the hotel my daughter and I were initially impressed. At reception we were told we had been given a room upgrade so were somewhat surprised when shown a dark dingy room with not one but two put you up beds in addition to a double bed. We asked for another room and were given a standard... More

From the moment we arrived, we found the the staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our room was available (at 11.30 am) and with Francesca at reception providing details of the hotel facilities and how to get around the lake, we were able to drop off our luggage and relax instantly. The pool and restaurant staff were just as helpful and... More

We can't believe we've paid 382€ to stay here. It can only be down to the location, which is beautiful. However, the deluxe spa lake view room with balcony we booked on the hotels website is a bit misleading as the photo's give you the impression that you are right on the banks of the lake, so will have uninterrupted... What a pleasure and what a location! An excellent base to explore Lake Como. The hotel staff have to be complimented for their outstanding service and helpfulness. Our stay was made even more pleasurable by a room upgrade without fuss. Thank to all and in particular Cynthia at the front desk for being so helpful and knowledgeable. We will surely... More

We are currently staying at this hotel. Having booked the hotel because it advertised an indoor pool, we arrived to find that not only was it little more than a big jacuzzi but also we had to pay €20 each per day to use it! Have never come across a "spa hotel" that charges for use of the spa before.... More

Having read so many positive reviews we arrived feeling confident, how right they all were.We travelled with Riviera Travel for 7 nights at the end of August. On arrival Booking into our room was friendly and efficient(twin room loads of wardrobe space, walk in wet room, bidet, lots of shampoos and various creams and conditioners and nice fluffy white towels, just... A very quiet and relaxing hotel in a quiet somewhat isolated area. Very good food and good staff. The restaurant by the lake is not to be missed. We spent a lovely eight nights there. The ferry terminal is a hundred yards away. There is a very extensive breakfast. There is a nice pool right on the lake where you... More

We stayed there for two nights. Our room was very comfortable (great beddings!), completely up to its 4 star standards, the SPA was very nice. However: be careful when you book your room, the alleged lake view we paid for was merely a distant sight of the water and a big red roof right in front of our window. Very... More
