We had room 3, which is a suite looking out over the lake; the view is beautiful. The hotel is in a very narrow road and even though our sat-nav proved accurate we managed to drive past. If you approach from the lakeside look for a set of rust coloured solid steel gates on your right; if you come down... More

The location is amazing being right on Lake Como - the lake view rooms are just stunning with beautiful views across the lake and spacious interiors. The beds are really comfortable and our daughter had her own room which is lovely in terms of the cost for the space. On our floor, next to our room was a comfortable lounge... More

I took my wife here for her birthday, after a couple of nights in Milan. Como and the small towns/villages around it are beautiful. I just wished we stayed longer! I spent a long time trying to find a hotel with views onto the lake, that had rooms that were fairly contemporary in style. I'm very glad I stumbled across... More

My wife and I found this spot on trip advisor and couldn't have been happier. The location is stunning and the quarters were magnificient! It's hard to find a "perfect romantic inn" but this is pretty darn close. We really had a hard time leaving.

This beautiful villa directly on the water in Laglio provides a perfect setting for relaxation and, as a base point for exploring other towns aorund the Lake. It is a far cry from the busyness of Bellaggio. There are basically 2 villas that comprise the Hotel- both next to one another. We stayed in the original villa, which was very... More

You can't ask for a more breathtaking view - mountains, Lake Como...stunning. The hotel itself is nice. Our room was clean & quiet (we got the Honeymoon Suite) and generally well maintained. They don't give you any instructions on how to use the jets in the tub, so ask (the buttons are near the sink, outside the bathroom. Unmarked). The... More

The owner , Daniela, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Her staff was attentive. Our room was perfectly decorated and full of old world charm. The complimentary breakfast was hearty and delicious. The Inn has been beautifully restored and has stunning views of Lake Como.

Intersting experiance.....we had a great time with the people we were with and attended a gorgeous wedding with fabulous outside catering and wonderful staff to serve us,but the hotel lacked warmth from the owner and most of her staff found english far from easy or maybe they found the english people irratating regardless of how polite we were. One waiter stood... Our experience of Regina Teodolinda couldn’t contrast more starkly with the previous review which is strange as our stays overlapped! We have visited many charming places and hotels over the years, particularly prior to starting a family, and this one combines many key features that put it high up on the list. It’s on the road because it’s by the... More

Two girlfriends and I went to Lake Como during the first week of June 2011. The good: Laglio, Cernobbio and the neighboring villages are beautiful. Very picturesque. The Regina Teodolinda sits RIGHT on Lake Como - the views are fabulous! In the last couple of weeks, the hotel's owner has opened a sister property, right next door. Both hotels have... More
