Arrived in crowded Como and made our way to tranquil Brunate. The hotel is close to the Ferniculare and looks like it has undergone recent renovation. Rooms were small, but almost all had a balcony with spetacular views. more

Brunate is above Como in the hills. There is a furnicular (7 minutes) that takes you from Brunate to Como. The setting in Brunate is beautiful.
