The hotel is in need of maintenance and is VERY difficult to get to, only by Funicalore from Como, which is hot, costs about 2.5 Euro one way, then climb 300 steps uphill to get to the hotel. Only served a packaged croissant for breakfast, no bath towel nor glass left in room, elevator stuck with guest inside due to... more
