Really lovely peaceful hotel. My Husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in August as part of our holiday trip through Switzerland and Italy. We were welcomed on arrival by the owner and she personally escorted us to our room. Extremely clean everywhere, marble floors and bright decoration. We spent 3 days at the Villa Belvedere in Cannobio and had a great experience. The property is set back against the hills at the edge of town with nice grounds, views and quiet! But it is only a 5 minute walk to the edge of town and another 10 minutes through the old town and you're down at the... more

We stayed here May, 2004. This is a charming family run hotel (though I would call it more of a B&B). The grounds are beautiful and it's just about a 10 minute walk into town.
