This Hotel was fantastic, views of the Lake and Promenade are beautiful. Everyone was very welcoming, handled any request or question without hesitation, including adding scrambled eggs to the breakfast buffet. An absolutely gorgeous hotel. We asked for a room with a balcony and a lake view and that is exactly what we got and it was lovely. Fantastic front desk. Private parking and a wonderful breakfast. All in all a real charming hotel and the perfect way to spend the first few nights of our holiday in the Italian Lakes.... more

Stayed here for 2 nights in September. Slight problem locating the property on arrival and had difficulty reaching the hotel in the car due to street cleaning in the pedestrian zone. Excellent hotel with beautiful peaceful setting adjacent to small harbour on traffic free plaza hotel is compact with a very good restaurant and lovely first floor breakfast room with only tables for two. reception is good and car parking off site but staff will park for you, worth the money as area can be congested in car parks to the... more

Stayed for two days in junior suite. Fantastic room with jaccuzi and balcony (lake view) Unfortunately no radio or satelite tv but still one of the best rooms we've stayed. The restaurant is very basic and cannot match the room. secured parking in walking distance (15EUR) more
