Only 12 rooms with 2 more due for next year in two villas within lovely grounds, the room are beautifully refurbished in a modern-traditional, comfortable style. Each room has a large balcony to enjoy in privacy or relax on the terrace or in the graden. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of fresh fruit, cereals, meats, cheeses, breads etc... More

My wife and I spent 4 nights here recently and really enjoyed the stay. It's a fairly small family run hotel, handily located about 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. It is beautifully appointed inside and out, with nice gardens and a few loungers for sun seekers. At the bottom of the garden, within the secure perimeter, there... More

I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. A friendly family-run establishment. We paid extra for a hotel transfer and were collected from the airport by the proprietor who also gave us a brief tour of the resort, pointing out the best restaurants, bus stops etc which was really useful. The room was lovely - clean, spacious, elegant, quiet. The... More

She said sorry only aircon rooms in the new building and no rooms available. Satellite tv... More

We booked 3 nights, planned to have a romantic vacation. The hotel check in is until 19:00, and we were supposed to arrive before that time. Our flight was delayed in 3 hours, we called the hotel IN ADVANCE from the airport to tell them we will be late, and after landing will call them to coordinate the exact arrival... More

We arrived in Cannobio without having done much research or booked accommodation! We stumbled across Villa Palmira and I am so glad we did, it was just gorgeous! It was a great location- Only a 2 minute walk through the cobble stone streets into the main Piazza. We had a room in the 100+ year old villa (the owners family... More

From the time that you walk through the garden to the lobby until you pack your bags in the car and notice that your windshield has been cleaned for you, you will be pleasantly surprised by the clean accomodations, the newness of the property, the services offered and the owners who go out of their way to be helpful.
