The location in town is great and the price is competitive, but the real treasure of this place is the design & vibe. After one night here, I think I would easily stay another 7 and still be comfortable. Rooms are basic but comfortable, and that's exactly what I was looking for. The kitchen area, outdoor table, and entire yard... More

When I arrived I was very positive, as the place looked nice and kind of bohemian. The dorms were big enough and the beds comfortable. However, it's very expensive. 12000 per person. And the absurd thing is, the price is the same for a dorm and a private room. I didn't get a cheaper price than my friend who was... More

I loved Pisco Elqui and enjoyed the hostal. I met great people there and the garden was great, but it is rather pricey. We talked to other travellers and they were staying in hostals that were cheaper and just as nice or even nicer (e.g. with pool). One down point besides the price is that the reception is not always... More

The place it's very quiet (if you don't have anybody next room), nice place, but for my no private bathroom it's a deal breaker, it' a hostel for young students, if you are visiting Elqui in romance mode.. choose another place where the walls are thicker.

Nice, tranquil place on quiet town. Comfy beds and linen but the showers are either boiling hot or cold. Nothing in between and uncontrollable. Keep your room key with you at all times as they don't have spares for all the rooms - if you get locked out you're at the mercy of your room mates! But I liked this... More

Clean and cozy. Really good location. Breakfast was nice, shower area was very clean and the garden space enjoyable. Traveled with 2 other friends, and were all on a tight budget. I must say Triskel is a very good option price-wise, it exceeded our expectations!

This was a good place to stay in Pisco Elqui and made a good base for exploring the valley. The hostel grounds are amazing with hammocks and fruit trees throughout. Breakfast was ok-bread, yogurt, jam, cornflakes. We stayed in a bunk bed the first night and a double the second night which was much better. We did a horseback ride... More

On a quiet road, a beautiful garden and handmade outdoor furniture. Homemade marmalade served in the morning, made from the fruit growing in the garden. We were planning on staying just 1 night, but extended to 2 nights as we felt so comfortable. We approached Yayo, the owner for recommendations on restaurants, and where to get a good massage...we loved... More

Off the beaten-path, large rooms (we stayed in a 1BR double and a friend in a 1BR single), clean kitchen and restrooms - there's no hot water, but we were there in the summer so it wasn't a big deal - a massive garden with all sorts of fruit-bearing trees (lemons, avocados, apples, figs) and comfy hammocks to watch the... Loved Hostel Triskel and the ambience Yayo and his cat Buddha have cultivated. Most everyone there was like me ~ planning to stay 2-3 days and staying a week. So book ahead. Pisco Elqui is a wonderful town to visit and the hostel is warm, friendly, quiet, clean, and the perfect place for relaxing and rejuvenating from your travels. You... More
