Most rooms are on the ground floor, but there are a few on a second level. Those have a balcony with chairs and table. I had room 205 on the ground floor which had a double bed and two twin beds. It was a large room with several places to put luggage. Bathroom was well stocked with amenities. The window... More

We stayed in a cabin/suite/house...with a seperate bedroom (including a good bed) upstairs, a bath with a view on a mountain, a decent terrace outside, kitchenfacilities and a sitting room we had the biggest "room" on our trip in Chili/Argentina. We had a good dinner both times we went to the restaurant in the hotel. The music in the restaurant... More

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds, easy to find and access. Pool was pleasant and restful. The setting is very pretty. Staff was indifferent and never smiling. Breakfast was just ok (we stayed for 2 weeks in Argentina in different boutique hotels, this was the least favorite breakfast offering). Wifi was a bit touchy.

This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. It's located right outside of the town but within a short walk from the main plaza. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of Purmamarca. I stayed there two nights with my girlfriend and we can't wait to go back there soon.

Hotel is set in very pretty and well maintained gardens. The rooms are large and well set out. The weather was hot and we had a ceiling fan but it only had one setting and rotated so fast and violently that we couldn't use it. Staff immediately gave us a very effective standing fan so all was well. Bathroom was... More

This was a lovely setting and had potential. We felt that the restaurant staff were a bit indifferent to our requests. For example, we asked for 2 glasses of wine - but were told that we could only have the expensive wine as a glass or the cheap wins as a bottle. Might seem fussy - but I feel a... More

This hotel was in a lovely garden setting with views of the coloured hills and 10 minutes walk to the village. It was an oasis after a day of dust storms and salt flats. I stayed in a cabin with no tv set or fridge. I slept very well perhaps due to being more than 2300m high in such clear... More

I came to La Comarca with a group I took on a tour of Salta and Quebrada de Humauaca December 2012. We arrived late in the afternoon at the hotel. While staff was nice, and hotel surroundings and gardens were amazingly beautiful, we found the rooms troublesome. It was a hot sunny day, and rooms are ill-equipped for the summer... More

Nice setting and pleasant grounds but rooms a bit dark and faded, no air conditioning and wifi not reliable- didn't work at all in the bedroom and very slow and intermittent at reception. Restaurant service very poor. We asked for a beer before dinner and were told that they were too busy setting tables! Later tried to order wine, 4... More

I enjoyed the gardens and pool. I don't remember much about the room so it must have been fine. I have never bathed in a swimming pool in really hot water before. Weird but very soothing after a long day. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant although the service was very slow - only one waiter! When we... More
