My husband & I were looking for a convenient hotel for a 6:30 a.m. departure from Malpensa Airport. We were delighted with the accommodations, the dinner available to us the night before & most of all the shuttle service. The staff were polite, helpful & prompt. We highly recommend the First Hotel Malpensa. more

The hotel was very nice inside and picked us promptly at the airport. We had a very early flight the next morning out of Malpensa and took the 4:30 am shuttle from the First Hotel. Only thing I would have liked is some coffee that early. Breakfast didn't start until 5:30 am but having coffee available for the early risers... more

Our several visits to First Hotel Malpensa have always been pleasant and worry free. The staff always does their best to meet our needs. The service is prompt.
